I was driving my daughter's car and I found it wouldn't start twice over a 3 day period. I took it to MyCar thinking it was the battery. The young chap, Jonas, looked at it, said the battery looked fine and just tightened up the connections. I asked about payment and he said it was on the house. It has been running fine ever since. Thank you MyCar!

Booked via phone & was told they would look at the issue then give me a call before they fixed anything to discuss how much it would cost. Arrived at 8am (booked time). Was told someone would call me by 8:30am. By 10:40am, still no phone call so I called them. They said they're finishing it up now & I could pick the car up in 15 mins. Got there at 11am to pick up the car & was charged $140.

Positives - the issue was fixed.

Negatives - no communication, did not deliver what was promised, charged more than I had budgeted for (based on initial phone conversation at time of booking).

Will not be using this mechanic again.
