Lack of attention to detail
My new wiper blades have been poorly installed and now I can barely see out the back when it rains. Quite dangerous and I was better off with the older wipers. I don’t believe my tyre pressure was checked properly either as I’ve checked since because one tyre was noticeably deflated and it was quite low. Wouldn’t recommend due to lack of attention to detail, but also no hire car available and no car clean service. Savings not worth it.

I paid $585 for initial service with…
I paid $585 for initial service with $100 off promo then paid another $423 for brake pads, pollen filter (which I thought was included) and a wheel alignment. 100,000kms service.
My car doesn’t feel any different!! Usually when you get it serviced elsewhere the car feels brand new!! I think I may have to take it back to a proper dealership for that price!!! Disappointed!! Oh and my next service kms was not updated on my electronic dash so the service sign still comes up everytime I start my car. Painful!!

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant! The team at Eltham MyCar were amazing when our car simply would not start. The car was towed to Eltham when the team worked their magic, getting it back on the road swiftly and for way less than we anticipated. Great communication throughout and just a brilliant result for us. Highly recommend.
