1 STAR — ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE

I would give ZERO stars if Google allowed it.

My experience with MyCar Clifford Gardens has been absolutely appalling.

I brought my vehicle to this workshop to have a specific problem diagnosed and repaired. Despite having my vehicle in their possession, the original problem I brought it in for has STILL NOT BEEN FIXED.

That alone is unacceptable.

But somehow it gets worse.

When I handed the vehicle over, the windows were working perfectly. When I got the vehicle back, the windows no longer worked.

On top of that, my vehicle was returned with grease and oil throughout the vehicle and across the left-hand side, despite this contamination not being present when I handed the vehicle over.

So let me get this straight

I take my car to a professional workshop with a problem.

The problem doesn't get fixed.

The car comes back with another problem that wasn't there when I dropped it off.

And the vehicle is returned with grease and oil all over it.

How is that remotely acceptable?

I didn't pay $993 to have my car made worse. I didn't pay to have the original problem ignored. And I certainly didn't expect to have to inspect my vehicle afterwards to discover that things which were working beforehand are now not working.

The standard of workmanship and customer service I have personally experienced has been completely unacceptable.

I am now left having to waste more of my time dealing with problems that I did not have before handing my vehicle to this workshop, while the problem I actually brought it in for remains unresolved.

I have documented the condition of the vehicle and the issues I have identified.

I have also formally raised these issues with MyCar and expect them to take responsibility for properly investigating what happened to my vehicle while it was in their possession and fixing the problems without further cost to me.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this workshop carefully consider getting a second opinion and thoroughly checking their vehicle before accepting it back.

This has been an incredibly frustrating, disappointing and completely unacceptable experience.

MyCar Clifford Gardens, you were given a vehicle with a problem to fix. You returned it with the problem still there, additional issues, and grease and oil all over it. That's not good enough

I expect better from a professional automotive business. Not a bunch of 1st year apprentices just guessing what the damn problem is No good P1ss Weak ladies

Great overall experienece just took longer than expected, but they were super busy so understandable to a degree

Always looked after when I take my car in here, have no clue about cars but don’t worry I will have work done that isn’t needed

Excellence service , in all matters to fix on my own vehicle ,

excellent customer service
reported other issues found and recommended action required noting the most urgent due to safety be done before other non safety related issues.
I feel much safer in the car now, former mechanics hadn't mentioned any issues but it was apparent there was something not right with the car, my daughter booked the car in with her local MyCar and I am very pleased with the service and staff, they were very accommodating and explained everything in terms I could understand. I will be continuing to use MyCar in the future.

Good honest friendly staff who know their stuff
We had an issue with our Vehicle and following a service we were given the managers honest opinion that the issue was not urgent and did not need attention but they would check it next service as part of our regular service.
