I've always gone to a VW service centre…
I've always gone to a VW service centre for my services but when i had my last tyre change i was told that they service VW too. This was exciting as it's down the street from where i work so far more convenient. My problem is when i went to collect my car they told me they couldn't turn off any of the service warning lights on my dash as they don't have the computer to do that. I called VW and they now tell it will cost $265 an hour for them to do a full diagnostic on my car because they didn't do the work on it. Possibly 2 hrs work. Yes, I'm disappointed, I feel I should have been told about this in the first place. My service was over $500 now look like being up for another$500, not happy Jan !
I've have always had great service from these guys though when I've used them for my wheels.

Excellent service
As usual, the guys at MyCar Charlestown were very accommodating in fitting in my repair. My car was brought in on a tow truck right on closing time. They kept me informed every step of the way and got it back to me in a couple of days. All for a very reasonable price.

We always get an awesome service at…
We always get an awesome service at Charlestown my car. Being female and not knowing much about cars I feel sometime that I get lead on and having no idea I just trust I'm geeing the truth, but at Charlestown my car I've never felt like this. They explain things so I can understand and treat me with respect. This is where all my cars go. Prices are not over priced, and we can get everything n the one place.
