Quick and easy
The staff at Chapel Hill MyCar were great. They completed my car service while I was at work. Drop off and pick up were quick and easy, and there were no unexpected costs! They provided an itemised list of things I may wish to get done at a later date. Very happy with their service.

Good communicators and great mechanics
Great team who are easy to talk to and explain issues well. Upfront about repairs and costs. Tactful - when I thought I had transmission problems but just low on fuel (whoops!).

Some improvement to communication
First and second try at contact were a waste of time; not connnected to mobile unit as requested and line went completely silent.
Made an appointment which I phoned to cancel but the technician gave me an alternate time, on the same afternoon, which suited. When I arrived to collect vehicle it did look as though it had been ready for collection for some time. I would have scored higher but I never received the promised SMS to advise my job was complete.

Get a quote before getting car towed!
Pleasant helpful staff at this location. Unfortunately I had to get my car towed to have the alternator replaced and didn’t get a quote beforehand. My regular Mycar location at St Lucia couldn’t do the work until this week and I needed the car for the long weekend. I had a quote from St Lucia for the alternator with the last service before Christmas. It was around $440 but cost me $749 at the Chapel Hill location. Big difference which I wasn’t expecting. Lesson learnt.
