Visited MyCar team in Burwood and they were great. They even called the day before to see if we were free to get the job done so we could have the weekend free. Timing was perfect as we benefited from the sale and got the whole car done for half price. Good in these times and leading into Christmas.

The whole team are great to deal with. They helped me get the right service, always call with what needs to be done & pricing and do a wonderful job. I often put a time on when I need the car by & they always get it done by then. Highly recommend the Burwood East team!

Quite a few reasons. The workshop gentleman replaced the tyer (under warranty - which I had completely forgot about); they changed the tire over free of charge and the whole thing was done in a day.
There was a little bit of confusion initially of what was happening and a lovely woman from customer service stayed on the phone and sorted everything out. Amazing. So thank you very much. I promise that everyone (3 adult kids and a husband who all have cars) will be coming to you for tyres.

We had a really poor experience with Mycar during our recent car service. Our appointment was rescheduled twice, and when we finally brought the car in, we were told the service would be finished by 5 PM. Since we don’t live nearby and no courtesy car was available, we had to make alternative arrangements for school pickup at 3:30 PM.

Then, unexpectedly, we received a call at around 12 noon saying the service was already finished — much earlier than what we were told. This caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and stress. On top of that, we didn’t receive any detailed report or breakdown of what was actually done on the car, which was disappointing and left us with no clarity about the service performed.

Overall, the lack of communication and poor coordination made this a very frustrating experience.

Good communication the whole way through - explained what needed to be done. Was told when the work would be finished, and received both a text and a call when it was.
