Broke my car and tried to charge me for it
I brought my car in for an annual service and 2 new tyres.
The car was running perfectly when I dropped it off.
I received a phone call that this garage had broken the sump plug on my engine when removing it and it was going to cost me $480 to fix the sump plug.
They said if I didn’t want to pay for this work to be done I would need to arrange the collection of my car by recovery truck as it was no longer drivable.
After stressing out and seeking advice from fair trade NSW I rang back and politely asked MyCar to fix the car at no additional cost as they caused the issue and relayed that this was fair trade NSW advice.
In the end they did replace my sump plug, service the car and replace the 2 new tyres for me, but I was told they never want me to return with my car again.
I would not recommend this garage, they tried to squeeze me for an extra $480 and were rude - the whole experience was stressful.

Great Service
Took my car for an annual service, was recommended to get all sorts of filters, flushes etc. Of course you are sceptical but when I pick it up, it's like a different car. It's a regular event with these guys, and they also give you a choice with issues that aren't critical. Great mechanics, very trustworthy.

Had all four tyres replaced on my BMW at this Broadway tyre shop and was blown away by the service. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. They matched a competitor's price and offered a 12-month guarantee. Great job, thanks again. 5/5 stars.
