Fix one thing and break one thing
I bring my car to mycar service. They call me later say my car's both rear indicator light is turning white colour. Okay, actually I can change it myself for less than $20 dollars. But I think it is okay for them to change it for me. Well after I get my car and drive back home and realise it. But when I pick up a car the staff haven't told me about this. And now cost me extra money to buy a new parts.

Helpful staff
I had my car serviced. The staff were very helpful, and it was really convenient to make an appointment. The whole process went smoothly. They gave me some advice without forcing me to consume. Also, since they are a chain store, their prices are uniform, which is quite reassuring. I will see how well my car runs after this service and am anticipating their service next time.

Dilupa and the entire team were incredibly helpful from start to finish—genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained. What really stood out to me was how consistently kind and attentive they were, not just to me, but to every customer who walked through the door. Highly recommend!

Getting options and pricing was smooth…
Getting options and pricing was smooth and easy. Booking a time, drop off and also just getting all 4 tyres fitted went smooth. Had an alignment done and will need to get a few thousand klms under it to see if it’s improved but for now im happy
