They were incredibly helpful, understood that I had a strict budget and worked within it. They also outlined all that my car would require that I couldn't afford and were able to make a plan with me to get to the most pressing to least sorted as soon as I could afford it. Mycar repaired a puncture for free due to the tyres being under warranty. I turned up in the morning and they repaired the puncture while I did the shopping. Wonderful reliable and professional service.

I was after changing one tyre and called My Car to get quote accordingly. The sales person offered wheel alignment as an option which I asked to add as optional price. During the appointment while dropping the car for tyre replacement, I asked receptionist to call me to confirm if wheel alignment is required. They did the wheel alignment without my permission and charged me. I was expecting a call to get my permission to proceed with wheel alignment. I don't consider this as a massive issue but I believe that this could have managed in more professional manner. Except this matter, I had good experience for the task
