Neil was easy to get along with and kept me updated on how the tyre fitting was going. Tyres I had ordered weren’t in stock so upgraded to next level for no extra charge. Was also managing with some staff off and waiting some back up, he never complained and got the car done asap. Thanks!

Was told a full wheel balance would be done free of charge after some of the wheel balance weight had fallen off a week after new tyres were fitted. Told it would be ok to leave until the 6 month balance check.
Rang and booked this in, to be told the Dunlop tyres I bought were not in the tyre plan offering a free balance after 6 months, despite being told they would earlier. Offered an exception in this instance.
When dropping car off, was then told there would be a charge.
Poor communication between staff.
Poor outcome for me.
Will not return.

Service was friendly and efficient will be my place to take my car when needed

After their big logbook service last year (they didn't even update my logbook till I told them to), this year I bought Essentials Plus, but it was too quick, so I asked if they indeed did it all - wheel alignment etc. and they said: NO, you just have to buy new tyres! Gave me an outrageous quote for it (I later got the same tyres elsewhere for a fraction of the price) - long story, but they NEVER refunded me for the undone service - no wheel alignment, no road side assistance etc. included in the fee. Nothing. They took full fee and did almost nothing! Etc. etc. Both years I received the exact opposite of the 'care' you mention in your ads.

Great service at Bentleigh

Neil went above and beyond to attend to my car servicing and repair with exceptional communication, customer service and care.

Performed logbook service as required, advised on replacement of two parts, and rotated tyres. All went smoothly and was ready on time.

I've always been impressed with the level of service provided by Mycar Benteigh East. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Had my car serviced at Mycar. The store manager Neil kept me updated with the service. Informed me if I needed any parts for my car. The guys who serviced my car, thank you. You were all busy, but got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you Neil for the great customer service.

The team at East Bentleigh actually care and take pride in their work. It helps that they are down to Earth car enthusiasts themselves. Always super helpful and friendly, we are very happy with the service.

The process proceeded as promised to deliver a good result.

The car had been serviced the previous week and we advised that the car was low to start. After paying $1200 for tyres, oil filter, spark plugs and oil the car next day wouldn't start!!

We had to get The RACV then a tow truck to get it back to your facility. We then paid another $500 to have a knocker fitted ($130) but labor of $370.

We we picked up the car it was still slow to start and again yesterday was slow to start!

I am concerned that it will fail to start and we will have to bring it back again!

Polite and efficient staff. Honest assessment of condition of my tyres.
Work completed when promised and informed car was ready for pickup.
Overall satisfactory experience.
