Booked online at special price. A little hiccup where the store printout was for a 60000 km service when it should have been 30000 km service as per the confirmation email I received. The mechanic addressed this problem and all was well.

Excellent Service Everytime
The team are friendly and professional. Their communication is always clear and transparent about their services. They discuss their findings and provide advice and accurate costs upfront. I have revisited on three occasions for scheduled servicing and new tyres and couldn't fault them on a single thing!

Unprofessional and rude
The person who we dealt with was rude. We called on Friday, let him know what was needed and that the car was with smart fleet.
Upon picking up my car, he was going to charge me the full amount. I said that it was with smart fleet - he seemed agitated and said I need to tell him prior, which I had done. When i told him I did and reminded him that he said he was going to get it all preapproved, he said I didnt. He then preceeded to tell me I need to pay for it and get smart fleet to reimburse me. Very poor service, very unprofessional.

The two staff were amazing and…
The two staff were amazing and explained the issues I had with my car. Loved chatting to the female mechanic and how wonderful it is for females to be working in the industry! Will definitely be back for my car and would recommend.

Not the same without Scott
Not the same without Scott managing the centre. He was a great mechanic and great person to deal with. Feels like profits is now king and customer service takes a back seat. Time to find a new garage after 10+ years.

Simple
Simple, not pushing anything other than what I asked for which was an essential service. I know my car well and the report was quite succinct with what I already knew. No big surprises. I’ll continue to service my car and purchase tyres with MyCar with confidence
