Outstanding service. Tyre replaced in 10 minutes, received the text informing me the job was finished before I'd finished my coffee.

The personnel were straight up and down.
Honest.

Major logbook service.
No vehicle diagnostic scan check was performed.
Subsequent can check performed by another mechanic found 5 module issues!! after car stopping 2 times on highway.
Air cleaner box was undone, screws loose.
9 filters, fluids and additives wer changed for a fee of $555!!!
Sloppy and unprofessional work

Paid the account for two new tyres. Tyres were rotated. Paid the account drove up the road and got a message "check tyre pressure".

They had omitted to check the tyre pressure on all 4 tyres after being fitted.

Bad job

I have visited MyCar after almost 6 years and 6 years before they fixed my Toyota Yaris which even Toyota service guys didnt fix it.
Now I visited My Car because my Astra had coolant leak and I was sure My car would be fixed by MyCar guys and they found the problem and now fixed.
It was always good feeling for me to take my car to MyCar guys,very trustable.

Mitch and the team performed a pre-purchase car inspection for me efficiently and thoroughly, providing a written report and quote on recommended repairs. Very friendly and professional. I would go there again!

Great and reliable service, reasonable prices.

Available during peak holiday days at short notice. Convenient location, parking validation would be ideal, though if specified I'm sure they'd have completed works sooner(I did say we were in no rush). Basic service was as advertised. Phone, on-line or in person booking options were comforting. Clean workshop and reception areas. Text received when work was completed, areas of concern were noted, and the car was returned without any issues. Staff were competent and friendly, while keeping it simple and honest.

My booking for a service went well. The staff were extremely efficient and my car was ready before anticipated. The staff made it easy and even remembered to ask for flybys which I had forgotten. I plan to book our other car in for a service soon.
