Every time I need anything to do with the vehicle, I find Dib the workshop manager and his team especially Nibal very friendly, courteous with professional approach and very pleasant communication explaining all the related issues… I’ll again and again recommend this very friendly workshop to whoever needs a genuine professional and friendly service… Well Done boys and keep up the good work

I visited the Bankstown branch on Thursday 29th January 2026, very frazzled after puncturing my tyre. The team were awesome, from the initial phone chat with the operator, who advised about replacement tyre stock, and squeezing in my emergency appointment. To the very kind gentleman at the garage, who replaced it,( since they couldn't salvage my tyre due to the damage, they fitted a new one).
They were all so kind and genuine, which is incredibly hard to encounter these days, and I am forever grateful for them helping me get back on the road for school pick up.
You can tell that these technicians do the job for the love of it, caring for customers safety, and our wallets. Thank you all for your help that day, I was already having an awful time, as I had also been locked out of the house, plus the punctured tyre was the final straw. But thanks to you all, you helped me, and turned my day around. Bankstown are a wonderful team, and I look forward to visiting them soon (ideally for a pink slip, and not a puncture)!

My car was in perfect working condition before I brought it in for servicing. There were no brake noises or mechanical issues at all. However, immediately after the service, my car started making noise every time I pressed the brake.

I returned to question this, as the problem began only after they worked on my car. I was told the issue was a wheel bearing, which is hard to believe because the wheel bearing was replaced six month ago and had no symptoms whatsoever before the service. If there had been any brake or bearing issue, I would have noticed it earlier — the noise started only after they touched my car.

A service is meant to improve a vehicle, not introduce new problems. Unfortunately, my car went in fine and came out with issues.

To make matters worse, my windscreen was returned extremely dirty. I handed over my car clean, they spray some chemicals didn’t even bother to wipe their mess they made on my windscreen before being returned. This shows a lack of care, attention to detail, and basic professionalism.

Overall, this experience has left me very disappointed. I have serious concerns about the quality of workmanship and responsibility taken for the work performed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.Please don’t believe all those 5 star review I went there seeing those review and all the negative ones are true .
