Got my car in pretty quick fix the issue the same day. Pretty happy customer

I went to My Car as I needed new tyres. I go my new tyres put on on the same day and quickly. When I went to pick my car up. I was informed I had:
1. Major oil leak present. no location given
2. Front shocks beginning to weep

I have been to my mechanic of 15 years. None of these issues are present.

They put the wrong size tyres on the car (putting the Subaru (all wheel drive) drive train at risk! Fortunately the car detected it and gave me a warning.
The only mitigating factor was that they replaced them rapidly.

Ease to leave car men were so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable nothing was to hard for them

Always have car serviced here, very happy I needed new tyres & they could be fitted on a Saturday which suited me & explained the new tyres to me.

Well i needed a pink slip from My Car, and i dropped the car at 8am, and pick up at 5 pm.
At the time of pick up, The guy told me that my pink slip test FAILED because i needed two from tires and he can replace them next appointment.
Like why didnt he called me when he felt that tires need to be replaced. I took my time from my work, and now i have to go to My Car again to get new tires?
I was surprised that i didnt receive any call explaining why my Car was not going to able to pass pink slip.

So, yes i felt like my day was wasted.

Fantastic customer service experience from beginning to end. A website that worked and made booking my car in and selecting my tyres effortless together with knowledgeable and professional staff. I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled as my experience was so good and beyond the normal.

Apart from an issue with booking our car in for a timing belt before we travelled, once they realised the error they were outstanding in fitting in our car and getting the belt changed. I was impressed at how they did this, knowing they were booked solidly already and the way they conducted their business.

I have been with Mycar Armadale over five years now and always get good service from them.

The auto text saying the car was done was wrong. Where I wish they called to say about the extra work was needed.

Tyres that I ordered were not available. The first I knew was when I went to pick up my vehicle and they had not done any work. I should have been called before even dropping my vehicle off.

The mechanics were good and service friendly. I only have one problem. I booked in for a pink slip and my car needed some repairs. I wrote on the form that I'm having problems with my speedometer. It's not working properly. The speedometer was never fixed and my car still passed.

I had requested that my tyres be rotated, and they were not. I asked Nick about this when I paid my account, It was not written down he said. He did suggest another time. I have purchased all my tyes from MyCar, so every 10,000kls they should be rotated, weather it was written down or not.
He then gave me a quote for work that he thinks should be done to my car, I was in shock, it was so expensive.
I have spend a lot of money with my car over the years. I would have appreciated a resolution in my tyres being rotated, not just being disregards.
