Road worthy I have a mobile mechanic works on my car a lot last checked 4 months ago with work now trying $2300 worth of things for the car such a scam shame on this company

Helpful, clear communication

My first appointment for Arana Hills was placed incorrectly for Ipswich meaning a wasted trip. My 2nd appointment the following week was for 9 am. Arrived on time and there were 3 cars in front of me. So instead of a 1 hour appointment for a tyre check and rotation, I was told it would be 2hours. Had I known that, I would have organised a drop off and pick up rather that a lengthy wait.
The service itself was very good.

Ash from Arana Hills was very informative, called several times to ask about other work and get permission to do it. Clear communication on pick up. Even filled up washer fluid. Could not fault service

After noticing that one of my headlight bulbs was likely blown, I entered MyCar Arana Hills to ask if I could book it in to have it replaced. The man who served me said he'll take a look now, even though it was late in the day, and close to closing time. He found the problem, quickly ran to grab a new bulb, and installed right there. No booking needed! What a champ! Thank you so much!

I purchased 4 tyres at a 50% discount, which is a good deal to start with, and the staff at Arana Hills were friendly, helpful and professional.

Clear,helpful and friendly communication was the key factor in ensuring that my visit to mycar was a positive one.
Ashley, the store manager explained what were the possible reasons for the two problems I had with the car when making an appointment for a service.
On picking up the vehicle, Ashley clearly explained what I should do about one of the problems and then to have it retested before unnecessary expenditure. The other problem would take more time and would require a later appointment. I was happy with the advice given.
