This was not up to usual standard. Firstly, I arrived before 5pm and was told that my payment couldn't be processed, but that I would be sent an email with the invoice. Or I was given the option of coming in the next day to pay. The service was on 14/4. By 16/4 I had not received an email, so on 17/4, I drove to the Alex Hills Mycar to pay. I was not given any feedback at all about my car or about what needed to be done in the future. I had received such feedback in the past. I asked if there were any issues, and was told " no, it looks like everything is fine". I will give Alex Hills one more try with my next service. If it's as disappointing as this one, I will go elsewhere.

The service at this garage is the best. I feel confident in dealing with all staff and had no problems with any repairs.

They always inform you if something comes up during a service that would cost extra and aren't pushy about having it fixed where it can wait. They quote fairly and offer afterpay. I am so grateful for this business being in my local area and know I can trust them with my car and mine and my family's safety!

I have used mycar Tyre and Auto, Alexandra Hills before and so, naturally they were my first choice. I have not found anywhere else that delivers such quality work at a reasonable cost. The staff I find are friendly and knowledgeable and the experience is always a good one.
