MyBond is financial service that helps tenants pay their rental bond. Since March 2021, MyBond has helped over 500 customers across New South Wales, Victoria, and soon Queensland (as of 1st of November) with further expansion across other states and territories in the coming year. There is no other product similar of its kind in the market. A simple and straightforward fee of "One Week Only”; MyBond can pay a tenants’ entire bond for a fee of just one week’s rent. In an expensive city like Sydney, it’s a natural barrier for tenants from all walks of life to raise another four weeks rent alongside the cost of moving whilst still waiting for their previous rental bond to be refunded. Thus, MyBond's unique service is becoming a popular alternative and solution to paying rental bonds.

Extremely easy process

Extremely easy process! Never even knew a company like this existed but it’s a great idea & the team was so easy to deal with and made the whole process stress-free.

100% Genuine Just took a while..

Overall we got there in the end Sean was very helpful, however for 25% fee it felt like everything was left to the last minute. I mean literally 90 minutes before picking the keys up. Which was stressful, can’t fault Sean thou I just think they were having system issues at the time. I wondered if the company was genuine, and it definitely is, I can confirm this and I am happily in my new home. Thanks For all your help

Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately I had to chase mybond. There was an issue with my guarantor, they made no effort to contact me about this and if I had not chased them I would still be waiting. It seems my all the reviews I read, if you require a guarantor then they don't really care if they get your business or not.

These guys were amazing

These guys were amazing, had my bond paid for me in under 24hrs and now I am a set up in my new home. Which wouldn't of happened if i didn't have access to the help you guys offer :) Very straight forward, and pretty much all done for you after a few questions and verifcsrins.
