I didn’t get any packages and difficult to contact service staff. I tried contacting them but didn’t receive anything. Don’t buying anything from the company. Just wasted money and time

Although they call themselves myartprints.co.uk , they are not in the UK. They are in Germany. Expect delays in delivery and *very* high import costs. I had to pay 53 Pounds extra on a single order!! I did contact them about the length of time the order was taking (5 weeks eventually) and I found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. Borderline rude. I won't be ordering from them again.

Fabulous quality print and frame. Very satisfied customer.
The postage procedure was good. The work was very well packed and arrived quickly…. tracking it was easy to follow. However, as with other reviewers, be prepared for penal import charges being added to obtain entry into the UK. My charges, which were paid to the courier UPS and their broker, added a further 58% to the cost!!! In fairness to MyArtPrints, their purchase agreement does mention possible additional charges but I feel it would be good if they could have given an indication.
Customer Service was excellent with very quick replies to my queries.
Purely in view of the extra charges, I would be reluctant to buy from them again. Being a lesser known of Ruben's works, I was unable to find it in the UK. It's a shame as the quality and service were superb... but the end price!!

I have been working with Myartprints since 2017. It was and remains an extraordinary experience. All the works I have ordered, the number of which exceeds 100 paintings, generally of very large dimensions, are of impeccable quality, with extraordinary colors, reproductions on canvas that give you the feeling that you are in front of the original. Every time, if I had additional requirements, if I intervened on the initial order, I got immediate support from them, by phone or by email. I consider them a reliable partner when you want a good collaboration and a product of truly high quality. I also received the VAT amount back in my account, being also from Europe. Congratulations for the works you do!

This is a German company operating under a .co.uk domain! Beware 20% duty levied by ups that isn’t stated clearly on website, print took twice as long as it said on website. Customer service is terrible typically German ignores what you say terrible English and ignore your comments! I hope the print is decent but as there communication is saying two different things I can see a PayPal claim coming! Use a uk company, not a fake.

I ordered a print by Elizabeth Gardner (In The Woods) to replace my framed print that has faded over the years. Unfortunately, the print they sent me has several lines on the legs and feet of the girls that ruins the picture and makes it unusable. When I reached out to customer service with photos as evidence, they replied that "the print was produced in accordance with the original" and that "the lines are included in the original". My original print does not have these lines and I have not seen lines on any of her prints or originals online. I'm very disappointed in the quality of their work and the lack of responsibility for their product. I am out $133.89 and will have to try ordering from another printing company.

Hidden import fees. When ordering from .co.uk website you don't expect any import duties. Only when you dig through the website will you find deep in their T&Cs that they're in fact based in Germany. £56 on top to pay for a picture worth £31 plus frame plus £18 for "shipping", making the total cost of a small reprint £243. Absolute joke!!!

Purchases a print 7/1/2021. Paid, shipping and oversized fee. Was very disappointed that i then had to pay £52 import tax. Response was that i should have been aware of import tax. They have now updated website and stopped taking orders from the UK, clearly till they get systems up to date. Personally see it as their responsibility to have had their systems up to date with Brexit changes. Had i known there was import tax i would not have purchased as not worth it. Will not use again. Please be super careful before you order. Is a uk based website, so never once crossed my mind i was buying from Germany.

An excellent website offering a huge library of paintings and photo art, selected from many famous artists from different periods of history. My Art Prints offers excellent service, delivering very high quality prints in a large variety of mediums and finishes with a large selection of frame options to finish your artwork beautifully.

I chose "Psyche" by John William Waterhouse, finished on a framed canvas. The print quality is of the highest order and perfectly framed.

Overall I am delighted with my painting and can highly recommend My Art Prints to anyone seeking beautiful prints to enhance any room.

fasts shipping & printing, we liked the quality of the print, we went for a second picture.
the printed size was 1cm less 67cm not 68cm but the customer support reacted rapidly and send us a new one with the correct size for free. we asked them to make it 2cm bigger but they ignored us no idea why, but can't complain much as we got second print for free.
so overall great company they only have to lessen and read customer mails.

Print on canvas arrived as expected. Very good quality and well packaged for safe transit.

I changed my mind about one aspect of the canvas as soon as I had ordered it. Customer service was very quick to respond and changed my order for no extra charge.

I have ordered from Myartprints before so could expect good service and quality work and was again impressed with a collection of van Gogh prints in oil on canvas.

As usual it was easy to track the order, which arrived within the time estimated and again the pictures were superb.

I bought a print for my partner for Christmas. There were only 3 suppliers I could find that did the painting that he wanted. I chose myartprints (even though it was not the cheapest) because of the reviews on here.
First, the print itself. Fabulous, 5 stars. I had a frame already, so loved the fact that you could choose the size of the image and the border. It fitted the frame exactly, amazing. I chose to have the print done on canvas and paid extra for a hand-applied varnish. The canvas is a good, heavy weight and the final product looks absolutely wonderful, very pleased.
Then the delivery (to the UK), for which I paid £8. Hopeless. I ordered the print towards the end of November. The first email from UPS told me that delivery would be on 3 December, the day I would be flying out for a fortnight’s holiday. I rang them on the day I received the email and was told that I could re-arrange delivery for a different date, or to a different address, but not until after delivery had been attempted. I received the email saying that delivery had been attempted when I was at the airport. I rang straight away to re-arrange delivery for 21 December. I was rung back by the local UPS depot when I was on the tarmac to confirm the re-arranged delivery date, so I thought all was well. I arrived back from holiday late on 18 December to find a card saying my package had been left at the local collection point in early December after no-one had been at home. Followed by an email saying my package had been returned to the sender on 18 December, as it hadn’t been picked up from the collection point within 10 days! Next day, on ringing UPS, they confessed that it was all their fault and told me how to arrange for re-delivery at their expense once the package got back to the sender. However, of course by then it was too late to get the package back to me by Christmas. Very disappointing.

Lots of choice of artworks that you can order a reproduction of. There are also many ways to customise the delivery of your artwork of choice - printing medium, size, frame etc. The company kept me informed throughout the production of my order, by adding regular updates against my order under my account. Dispatch was a few days later than they estimated, but that was no problem. Shipping was via UPS and took about 2 days for my canvas to be shipped from their production offices in Hamburg (Germany) to the UK. Thank you!

"immediately available" art print was ordered. It was delivered in Denmark in about 2 workdays by UPS, which I consider one of the best delivery companies available. Art print was packed very good and professionally for shipping. Art print received is exactly as ordered and looks really good. I am very satisfied with the product and the delivery.
