Great experience with Alo
The quote from Adam was significantly cheaper than all other quotes I received and I had a great experience with my painter Alo. He was helpful, polite, punctual and painted my whole flat in one day. He’s very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and called to explain things further to make sure I understood everything. Highly recommend!

I contacted Adam and sent over my details along with what I was looking for, and within an hour I had a quote. It was the most reasonable quote I received, so I chose my date and everything was booked in quickly. I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, and it felt too good to be true.
The painter arrived on time and completed my entire living room, kitchen, and hallway to an exceptional standard. The finish was flawless and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
I only wish I’d known about them sooner. I’ll definitely be using Adam again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic paint job on my bathroom…
Fantastic paint job on my bathroom walls. The painter from ADAM was polite and considerate. We had a chat before he started and he was nice. I asked him not to paint 1 wall and he didnt. He cleaned up satisfactory after himself. The walls were painted well and with precision. Its the 2nd time I've used Adam, last was in my kitchen, and they've done a great job. According to the job done I feel its a good price. Pleased. 👍 I gave 4 stars but it could've been rated 5

Excellent service! Phone calls were returned on time.. and timescale met. The painter that assigned on our job was on time and did the paintwork very precise and cleanly.. not a mark went over, especially as the room was painted black. He took all is rubbish and even hoovered the room. I will definitely be using Adam

Our painter (Ali Esen) was incredible from the start to the end of this project. He had ensured that every wall he'd worked on was excellently repaired, painted, and finished to a high standard. The project took just under a week, and throughout that time, he was very friendly and communicative, while keeping us informed on the key details of his process. Ali really went above and beyond here which is a testament of his skill, and we are very happy with the quality of the final result!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The painter (Ramon) immediately started the job with 'the quote isn't comprehensive' excuse and added about £700 of extras (even though I had already highlighted that we'll likely need the highest level of prep before painting). We decided to proceed anyway as the quote was still competitive with the additions. He started prepping each room without putting down dust sheets and then disappeared for 10 days leaving every room dusty and inhabitable. Once he returned (after complaints to painter Adam), he averaged 3 hours a day or work. After nearly two and half months (for a job that I was quote would take 2-3 weeks) with no end in sight we fired him mid job. The painter said there was more work he undertook that he didn't anticipate before and hence I need to pay extra (£450) even though we hadn't signed off on this extra cost. When we got the final invoice, it underrepresented the cost of the unfinished work vs. what was quoted in the website. In summary, he was just out to extract as much money as he could and I suspect he was doing multiple jobs in parallel with no urgency to finish our work.
About 8 months post hiring ramon, I am already seeing multiple cracks and have to hire someone else to re-do the work
EDIT to reply to the company's response:
- I was informed AFTER I had accepted the quote and the work started that the painted needed to have 2 weeks off for personal circumstances. This information needs to be communicated BEFORE agreeing to the job
- I did raise all of the quality concerns prior to completion of the job (on more than 5 separate occasion both directly to the painter and to the company). Contrary to your reply I was NOT offered a replacement painter nor a discount, just an apology and that they will take this into consideration for 'future improvements'

Throughout the project, we made every effort to remain in constant communication and to support both sides in reaching a fair outcome. When we were informed of the painter’s personal circumstances, we relayed this as soon as possible and worked to manage the situation as responsibly as we could. We understand that the disruption was inconvenient, and for that we sincerely apologize.
We also acknowledge your comments regarding quality concerns. Whenever issues were raised, we engaged with both you and the painter to address them and worked to ensure that any unfinished work was deducted from the final invoice, which was agreed upon before payment was completed. At the time, based on the agreed financial adjustment and communication, we believed a resolution had been reached.
That said, we truly regret that the final result did not meet your expectations long term. As a platform, we aim to facilitate transparency, fair adjustments, and open communication, and we take situations like this seriously to improve our processes moving forward.

Professional and skilled painters...
From the time of initial contact to job completion, the process was seamless. Quotation was significantly keener than 2 other quotes and the paint used was of high quality. The finish was excellent, having painted walls, ceilings, windows, sills, doors, skirting and architraves. The 2 guys were professional, skilled and ensured the place was left spotless before leaving. Painting of 4 large interior rooms took just 2 days with the guys working 8am to 6pm with just an hour's break. Strongly recommend PainterAdam and have offered the name to many friends and colleagues.

Ali and his team were excellent.
Ali and his team were excellent. They arrived on time, covered every surface so that no paint would drip. They cleaned up after themselves, even hoovering the stairs and rooms that they had painted. They were very professional and the work was perfect. I would highly recommend them.
