Payoneer charged 29.95 in February from my account. I loaded 54 USD from my friend, and they charged me again 29.95 from my account. They are thieves. I really hate this thieving company; they are the poorest company I have ever seen.

Worst payment gateway. I face many problems in getting payment from others. they charge a huge amount for users. $29.95 annual cgarge. They deduct $3 per withdrawal. so it doesn't make sense for me to pay this fee. Payoneer is totally disgusting.

The service charge is unacceptable. They will charge $3 when you transfer money to their wallet from a freelancing marketplace, $29 for account maintenance, another $29 for card fee, and 2% when you finally transfer money to your bank account from their wallet in the name of conversion fee. After all charges, they don't even provide a good conversion rate. Day by day they becoming a money-hungry company.

Charged "Annual Account Fee" of $29.95 roughly just for not having transaction of $2000 within a year! How ridiculous! You're cutting away $3 from each transaction, wasn't that enough! You're robbing away hard earning money of lower-middle class freelancers of fiverr in absence of competitors. Everything will be remembered & justice will be done one day.

The most ridiculous part is you announced the new rule 1-2 months ago, but charging fees now without reaching end of year!

They get my money and now dont aprove my account all the time my documents are in review and they have my money and dont give it back to me.

m banking statement takes forever to approve !! agents are promising falsely. It's so frustrating :D

payoneer suspended my account with 12130 USD. I tried contacting their live support. But they don't respond. So guys stop using Payoneer. Use another platform to receive your hard-earned money!

I still don't have a proper answer from Payoneer, I have sent messages but I am waiting for more than three months of messages and I always submit proofs such as proof of ID to my local bank and they reject me. Please look at my request below. Customer ID is 66933425

Every year they want from you lots of different documents! Lots! All the time lots of trouble with this, they don’t like your statements, they need some bills, also you can’t use it if you are freelancers as you should leave in one country! If you live in different they will block your cards and send another one! And if you are traveling of course it doesn’t make sense! Every year I spend lots of time to send them all documentation they need! They was a great company before but now it’s just a sh….t!

Payoneer address verification to late and my submitted documets is under review from 1 month, Please improve Your service.

Depuis le mois de Novembre, mes deux comptes sont en révision, et tous les virements sortants sont prélevés mais en "attente" (5 à 6 virements conséquents)

Payoneer ne me donne aucune information. Quand je contact le service client : "votre compte est en révision, merci de patienter".

1 mois plus tard, Payoneer m'annonce que mon compte bancaire a été fermer, sans me donner de raison valable.

L'email a été envoyé depuis "NoReply...payoneer.com" donc je n'ai pas le droit de connaitre la raison de la fermeture de mes comptes, ni même de savoir comment récupérer les fonds, ni même d'en savoir plus sur tous les virements réalisés depuis le mois de novembre ?

Ma conseillère Payoneer, Madame Gourch Lee Oung, ne répond plus à mes e-mails, ni même à mes message whatsapp.

Payoneer a donc pris la décision de fermer mes comptes, de bloquer la totalité de mes fonds et de toutes mes transactions. Puis... silence radio ! Plus de nouvelle !

- J'ai eu une réponse de ma conseillère Madame Gourch Lee Oung, qui m'informe, sans me donner d'explication, que mes comptes sont effectivement bloqués car il ne respecte pas nos termes et conditions. Pour quelle raison ? Je ne sais pas.

Puis, ma conseillère m'informe... que mes fonds (de mes deux comptes, de mes deux sociétés) sont bloqués pendant 3 MOIS ?!!!

Pour quelle raison ? Je suis client depuis plus de deux ans, mes fonds ont été crédités depuis des mois/années, pourquoi bloquer mes fonds pendant 3 MOIS ?

The worst company to work. No suport .

They handle payments for Walmart otherwise I would never use them. Terrible service. After you are with Walmart for years they keep asking for additional paperwork. In one yr they never sent W-2 statement and said tough luck after many emails. Now Walmart is handling w-2 on their own. Clearly others had issues with this. Many other payment choices out there and Amazon is getting into this business for sellers who deal with overseas markets. Dont deal with them unless you are forced. I wont be surprised if Walmart leaves them. Also they use the data from Walmart customers to cold call and email customers to take out high interest loans etc. They probably offered Walmart a deal on the payment processing so they could cold call the customers.

Llevo mas de un año que intento ponerme en contacto con soporte de payoneer y no atienden mi solicitud. Los mensajes que envió o me responden con un mensaje automático o no responden. Llamo y dicen que ahora no pueden atenderme y que llame en otro momento. No tengo acceso a mi cuenta por la verificación de dos pasos ya que no puedo cambiar mi numero telefónico.

Probably the worst Payment provider! Thank God I am not using it for Amazon or any other store.

Well it all started when i wanted to start an eBay store, it's been a month and i'm still stuck on ID verification. Payoneer is nothing but ridiculous. They asked me to write a date on the piece of paper and take a selfi, which i did. Later i was told you to use a Bold Marker ! I did that as well. Now they have asked me the hold my ID and also hold the ID and take a selfie. How the hell am i suppose to grow a third hand to do all this circus?

Please choose any other option if you can for your business ( I recommend airwallex ) with fantastic customer support round the clock. Payoneer should be your last resort. And yeah, this is coming from a real customer of Payoneer! kaunainx

They charges extra for bigger cash out. The more you cash out, the more they will charge you. Also they block the account if we cash out medium or big amount. Don't use Payoneer. PayPal is fur better than it now
