How to be cheated without being collaborated and making just only one transaction in a year for 20$. I have not done any transactions during the last two years, and occasionally transfered my 20$ to Payoneer instead of PayPal. And...in a next one hour what I see - I don't have these 20$ because Payoneer has already withdrawn money as annual payment fee!!! Nothing to declare!!! Without any warning, without my approval and conformation! Where is transparent and fair policy? Where is customer guidance and acknowledgement??? I hope this platform will go to the HELL soon ! I had to open a Payoneer account to receive a payment from Google.
The sign-up process was easy enough and the account was confirmed with the ability to receive payments active.
Now I get emails every day asking me to add my bank account, which they already have and is shown as confirmed.
The payment from Google is sitting there pending and I cannot do anything about it.
I cannot add another account as this is a partner account for Google. The support site is less than useless.
I'm going to have to contact Google to try and fix this.
Why Google didn't just use the existing payment providers on my account is beyond me (debit card, bank account, PayPal).
Suffice to say I will never use Payoneer again after this fiasco.

Payoneer's customer service is Very Bad!
Payoneer's customer service is extremely poor as they neither listen to concerns nor properly review accounts or provide any solutions. I linked my Payoneer account with eBay and submitted all required documents for verification. However, my account is still not verified.
Their customer support is completely useless and offers no real help. Unfortunately, there’s no other option because Payoneer is mandatory for eBay, and due to this, my payment from eBay is stuck. My experience with Payoneer has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend their services to anyone unless absolutely necessary.

Looks like I had an account long time ago, which I didn't even remember, and the site blocked it due to inactivity, but somehow it still let me register a new one, with the same ID instead of warning me that it is already registered... Now they just blocked my new account too and also blocked my brothers account which has nothing to do with it, but used the same computer for registration.
I tried to contact the support, but this was useless, since they use AI just to show you FAQs and live chat requires signing in, which is imposible because the account is blocked...

I was with Payoneer since 2020 and was rarely using Payoneer only for the payments from Fiverr. I have one partner and I have sent him payments like 3 times in all these 5-6 years. That's my complete usage of Payoneer. In my country, PayPal is not available so I only have Payoneer as payment method to get payments from Fiverr but all of the sudden, my account was blocked even when I didn't do anything wrong. I contacted Payoneer again and again requesting them to re-investigate this case as this must be a misunderstanding. My annual transactions on Payoneer merely reach $1000-$1500 and my last transaction was 1-2 months ago when my account got blocked all of the sudden.
I requested them to please reconsider the decision as I never ever have violated any Terms and Conditions but they refused everything. The customer support stopped responding me and they added my number to automatic calls only so I cannot reach them via call. They disabled the Live Chat for me and they stopped responding on email.
I requested them again that I am not asking for immediate account opening, I am asking for an investigation as this is a misunderstanding that my account is blocked on which I never violated any terms and conditions. They refused to help me with anything.
I found some other emails of Customer Support Specialists and sent them the emails but that too merged with previous ticket where I was being ignored. They don't even tell you what is the reason of this.
I requested again and told them I am ready to provide you with any information, clarification, verification and documentation you need in your case review but they rejected my every request and told me we will not do anything.
I am still hoping if they can help me somehow but what I can see currently, they are not willing to do so and my account of 5-6 years is blocked all of the sudden without any explanation and now I don't have any payment method to receive payments from Fiverr and my freelancing career is at stake just because of Payoneer's misunderstanding which they are not even willing to reconsider.

I received an email this morning stating that I had added a credit card to Payoneer. The email listed 4 digits of a credit card number - but it was not a number associated with me. I clicked on the link titled "contact customer service service" and it sent me a link asking me to join. The reviews I saw were all bad. I do NOT want anything to do with this company called Payoneer. How can I protect myself from them? Thank you.

I had been using Payoneer without any issues until this month when, out of the blue, they decided to withhold my incoming transaction, which I regularly receive from a long-standing client. I've never encountered any problems before. They requested some documents, which I promptly submitted, but it’s been 8 days and they still haven’t been reviewed.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but they only respond with copy-pasted messages that don't address my specific questions. It feels like they aren't even reading my messages and are simply providing automated responses. Worse still, they’ve given me incorrect information, asking me to upload documents that haven't been requested in the verification center for payment processing (but have been requested for unrelated purposes which I am not interested in in the first place and I don't intent to use).
When I ask how much longer my payment will be withheld, they offer no clear answers, as if they don’t know themselves. Not to mention, I am paying a yearly fee for this service, and yet they are withholding my funds without any justification. It’s unacceptable and potentially illegal to withhold a customer's money for this long. If I don’t receive my payment by next week, I will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.

I had to pay for a service with Payoneer simply because PayPal didn’t have coverage of the area I was sending the money to. It’s been over a month of no money received. I tried to fix the issue by contacting them, they put a 2 step authentication service on my account, yet when I keep requesting for a Verification code via message or call, I never receive it. I am at the moment locked out of my account. I sent them 2 tickets and I haven’t received any response. I can’t contact them via online customer service because you have to be signed in to do so. Today is the 13th and it still shows as pending.
After calls and emails with Payoneer and being told it will be available tomorrow or within 24 hours my money although received by Payoneer is still pending.
This morning I was told that they have 'internal problems' and do not know when my money will be available.
Yet their website states that all systems are functioning correctly.
This situation is causing me extreme hardship and stress.

Horrible customer service, they have my payment retained for more than a week due to their tech issues. They don’t provide ETAs or compensation for their errors.
They provide fake information, they mentioned they would follow up with me through email after 12 business hours and still haven’t received an email.
