They don't deserve any stars! Inconsistent, appalling, shocking, disgraceful as an alleged Games Platform. I had been playing 'Left To Survive' for well over 18 months, and spent a small fortune. I could have brought this game many times over by now. Firstly, buffering, then stated 'No Internet Connection', then crashed. Had to restart the laptop (as I have done many times). Went to log in. Took me back to the very start of the game, despite my username and password not changed. Contacted 'Customer Support'. What an audacious lie that is. There is no customer support! They give you a 'ticket', then you wait, and wait and no one gets back to you. Went through the Discord page to seek answers and was immediately put on a time-out. Tried to disable and delete my account, but it claims my password is wrong, despite my having changed it moments ago. Kept repeating the process, getting nowhere. I know customer loyalty never existed with this company, who claim they are based in Amsterdam. Over 18 months playing this game, buying the 'Offers' they constantly throw up on your screen, and at the end of it? Dismiss any knowledge of you, and they are on to their next victim! I implore anyone to leave this company 'MY GAMES' well alone. They are intentionally committing fraud, passing on your details to 3rd party organisations (for money), and don't deliver any kind of customer service-based relations. They should be taken to court and prosecuted! You will ruin your spare time, cash flow, and mental health associating with anything connected to this charlatan 2-bit fraud-oriented company! They will reap what they sow!

Companies like this are what's wrong with gaming these days. Corrupt and manipulative. They grief their own customers, posing as real players, with the intent to get you to buy more pixels for premium prices. They allow hacks for this purpose as well. It's a dishonest and disgusting business model.

I played War Robots but no more. They are only about the money. No customer support. Never correct any complaints. Stay away!!!

They banned my account for some unknown reason , when I send a ticked they send some of they TOS section without any further explanation and any evidence. They just said it's final decision

Horrible experience and horrible support. My "my games" account got hacked and as a result they banned me from all of their services despite having spent tons of money on the game. STAY FAR AWAY

Problems are not fixed because these incompetent developers are just out for money, when you write support you are made to believe that these problems such as crashes etc. will be fixed. All stupid nonsense.

Der letzte Schuppen, in allen Games die my.games hat werden Cheater und Betrüger gefördert, du meldest Cheater und was Passiert , gar nichts, für mich ein "No go".

Lächerlicher Publisher. Versucht hinterrücks an Daten zu kommen. Wenn man dies unterbindet, werden die Algorithmen im Spiel so angepasst, dass ein Sieg schier unmöglich erscheint. Bei der Datenlöschung wird subtil angedeutet, dass wir (die Personen, von denen Daten gesammelt wurden und eine Akte angelegt wurde) diese Daten niemals vollständig gelöscht werden, sondern nun zur „Verbesserung des Spiels“ genutzt werden! Der Dev ist sogar so abgezockt, dass er einzelne Abklingzeiten von Einheiten während der Runde beeinflusst. Ich hoffe echt, dass euch die Server irgendwann um die Ohren fliegen. Aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden.

Plateforme d'achat et de paiement a revoir complètement car pas assez sécurisées. Des joueurs de my.games montent de arnaques pour pirater les cartes bancaires d'autres personnes. Arnaque faite par un mail frauduleux se faisant passer pour Etsy, pour diriger vers une fausse plateforme de paiement carte bleue qui finalement était un paiement sur my.games.
Samedi dernier a 17h08 un débit carte bancaire au profit de My games de 99.99€ alors que je croyais le faire pour Etsy.
MY GAMES devrait retrouver cette transaction et bannir le compte MY GAMES associé à cette transaction.
Évidement je n'ai trouvé nulle part d'adresse mail me permettant de signaler cela a MY GAMES.

Guild of Heros
Good game, with great graphics and gameplay, I've been playing for years.
But, and it is a big but, the developers have become lazy, with no significant updates/challenges, and greedy, greedy,greedy.
We don't get the same rewards for completing events, and as time goes we get a little less. They think we don't notice this. The Autobots we fight are given super stats (ridiculously higher than our level) so we can complete tasks.
Customer service is a joke. Overnight I lost a weapon that took years to build, I sent dates and screenshots proving the item was gone but apparently this was not enough evidence that it was missing. It would cost them nothing to replace it.
And then there are the Cheating Russian players. Allowed and ignored by the Developers, which really should be allowed in a paying game. They do remove cheats from all over the world, but never the Russians. They are so rife they completely ruined the game.
Worth playing for 6 months, as it truly is enjoyable, then find some other game, as the grinding away spoils the game
NOTE TO DEVELOPERS - Stop reducing the rewards in events, and stop the cheats we can see this, you fools

Also dann wollen wir mal ich würde jedem Raten die Spiele von MyGames nicht zu spielen erstens hast du keine Chance da Russen bevorzugt werden, zweitens ist alles schweineteuer, drittens ist es egal ob du Armred Warfare oder WarRobots spielst du hast keine Chance du müsstest 100terte von Euro investieren, damit du überhaupt mal eine Chance hast da mitzuhalten. Sollen sie doch extra Server für die anderen NAtionen machen dann wird das Spiel auch wieder spüielbar.Meldet man einen Spieler passiert nichts da wird gecheatet und betrogen ohne Ende.

MyGames Server crashen regelmäßig

MyGames hostet die Server für das OnlineSpiel Conqueror's Blade. Ein wichtiger Teil des Spiels sind onlineschlachten mit richtig vielen Spielern. Seit Monaten funktionieren diese Events nicht, weil die Server komplett überlastet sind. Die Kommunikation seitens MyGames findet nicht oder nur sehr verzögert und wenig statt. Trotz der wiederholten Info, die Fehler seien behoben, tritt das selbe Problem beim nächsten Mal wieder auf. Die Schlachten werden dennoch gewertet - wenn die Gilde verliert, weil die Hälfte der Spieler nicht ins Spiel kommen, dann ist das halt Pech, es wird nichts korrigiert. (in der Vergangenheit wurde das vereinzelt korrigiert - die aktuelle Vorgehensweise ist, dass die Spieler Pech haben).
Der Support war auch in der Vergangenheit schlecht. Die Tickets wurden nicht richtig gelesen, es wurden Infos nachgefordert die im Ticket standen. Und die Antwort war meistens, dass der Fehler beim eigenen Internetprovider liegt, und sie nicht dafür verantwortlich sind.

My Games BV zog mir bei PayPal etwa 140€ ab. Keine Ahnung ob das mit diesem Unternehmen zusammenhängt, jedoch wäre meine Wertung dennoch die selbe.

Kundensupport ist furchtbar langsam.
Möchte meine Daten und meinen Account löschen. Nach einer Woche noch kein Fortschritt. Ich will nicht wissen wie lange man auf "wichtigere" Dinge wartet.

a big disappointment. More than once I bought purchases in this game and at high prices. however, my purchase simply disappeared and no one from the game support could help me and solve the problem. there is nothing else but to wait for the last hope here or I will just have to make money refund.

Yesterday i back to play the game Rush Royale and i get the message about i got HACKED and BLOCKED duo to SHARE and JOIN other players account.

The big problem is i dont was joining my account that was usually used by my Facebook account for a while and when i got that message some friends told me My nickname was changed to BER@DEIRO_BR even i dont know this nick and the guy who was using it.

Back when i Play it was on a Guild named as Blacklist 1.0 and using a name like HiigorMPG or Hiigor.

Please i want a help for recover my account because i GOT HACKED and probably a person tried to change my original Data whos Blocked me Permannently.

I have all payment and Bank receipt fror share and get my account back.

I never used to sell or give my account for secondary people join, recently i got my Facebook account hacked for some hours and recovered it and now when i try play got this problem
