This is the second time Iâve been misled by DB Investing with false promises about adding a bonus. I followed all the required steps, met every condition, and waited patiently, yet nothing was delivered.
The support team keeps giving empty assurances with no real action. This is not just poor service â itâs a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Customers are clearly being misled with offers that are never fulfilled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it further on Trustpilot and across social media platforms to make sure others are aware of this experience.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Do not trust their promotions or promises.

- The promotional bonus was successfully credited on 29 April 2026, which falls within the communicated and expected timeframe (4th day including processing).
