Why did I not read the reviews!!!!! The key ring I ordered, never arrived. Clearly a scam company in China. I thought they were a UK based company. Avoid this horrible scam at all costs!

Although the website is a U.K. domain, THIS IS A COMPANY WHO DISPATCH FROM CHINA. Absolutely no heads up given about this, I have now been waiting 2 weeks for delivery and the best they can tell me is “it’s been dispatched and will be with you soon”. I expected to receive it at least a week ago, actually ordered as a Xmas present, but that’s long gone now. I’m not expecting a quality product now I’ve realised it’s from China (been caught out before), and also after having read these reviews. Wish I’d checked Trustpilot first.

yep i fell for this one too, said only ship to UK ? but dont know until point of order its coming from china i bought a bouncing ball for my dog will go straight in bin would not trust quality from china and yes to hide all these facts defo a scam site needs shutting down where is trading standards allowing uk citizens to be duped liked this SHAME ON YOU

Not a UK company!!!! Avoid!! Terrible company, ordered weeks ago for xmas. Still hasn't arrived. There excuse is it takes time to print. More like takes time to ship from China. Please avoid as this was a ruined xmas present.

Emailed for a friend to get a refund as the lid doesn't connect and was no good for my friend who has arthritis. Emailed to get this product sent back and get a refund, now I am arguing with them to get a refund as all they want to do is send another one. And constantly asking for pictures before they will refund.

Absolute crock of shite. Waited an eternity after contacting their customer service 3 times with no reply.
Reviews on their website are false.
Keep clear or waste your money….. your call.

The goods took forever to arrive and the returns process was exhausting.
They offered me 10% off the goods instead of returning them! I have returned the goods at my cost (back to Austria!!!) and still await a full refund two weeks later!

Ordered 2 of the same items for presents. Took around 4 weeks to be delivered as came from China not UK and only one came. Have emailed to request the other item or a refund but no reply.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a self clean car litter scoop this took roughly 3+ weeks to be delivered. Upon receipt of the above item the box was quite badly damaged & contents were broken .The bottom had a piece missing were plastic bags that the poop goes into housed .After contacting them 9 times , firstly to cancel order as time was past its due date 3-5 days Which I was replied it's on its way .Then told if I return it in it's condition it came in that it would be fine , upon taking photograph evidence of its damages they couldn't see any damage or missing part & assured me it was in perfect working order .( it clearly wasn't)
I certainly wasn't keeping or paying for an incomplete broken item they told me I received it in perfect working order & they were not responsible for any damage via transit .......well I'm definitely not as I received it that way .They are just refusing to give me the return address for my rightfully money back .
DO NOT PURCHASE OFF MY LOVELY PETS........SCAM PURE SCAM .

A joke of a company. Advertise an indestructible duck on their website. My dog is quite good at getting into things so gave him a challenge and purchased it. Company says if dog gets into they’ll provide a refund. After a day or two my dog found his way into the duck and got the foam out the insides. Messaged this company with pictures of it etc.

Now saying damage caused by pets is considered wear and tear and not refunding or replacing it at least.

A joke of a company, do NOT use.

I would recommend no one buys from this company. I purchased for over £15 a plastic cat litter scoup with a litter catcher. I waited over a month for this useless item. Once it finally arrived it broke on 1st use. I am very angry and upset.
When I pointed this out to the company after many messages asking it where it was, I was totally ignored
Please don't waste your money
