Product nothing like website photograph. Supposedly Italian leather. Comes with Polish label and is polyurethane synthetic plastic with ugly foam lining. Broken on arrival. Not fit for purpose. Product no longer listed on website. First and last time purchasing from this website. Very disappointed

Thank you Mutts.ie Absolutely Excellent Service and great selection of Products, I placed my first order Thursday Night and with Storm Eowyn wrecking havoc on the country Friday I didn't expect my delivery to arrive on time, could not believe when it landed Saturday morning I will purchase again very happy ☺️

Great experience. I am usually reluctant to order from new websites but I am glad I risked it. My cat is on hypoallergenic food and this specific brand is hard to find. Mutts had it, price was reasonable. My order came in late in the day so it was dispatched the next day and delivered the next. Thank you for the speed, I can tell you care about your clients.

Rude customer service
I received an incomplete order with 2 missing items. Called your customer service line and the agent was very rude when the solution was to post the items without arguments, which he did at the end. Unnecessary.

I'm sorry you felt that our employee was rude. I think their was a misunderstanding when he tried to explain he needed to check what happened and would then post the items.
There was no arguing about the items being posted. Just an explanation that he would explore how this occurred. Your items were posted the next day.
Christmas is a busy season and unfortunately our employees are only human and will make mistakes from time to time.
