Mutesnore advertise an item like no other, if you’ve tried them all, this one will work etc.. etc..

LIES. Absolute lies. The item they send is literally the same item I had previously purchased from Amazon for £3.99, including the exact same packaging, they couldn’t even be bothered to disguise it. BUT Mutesnore charge you £29.99 for the privilege. Fear not of course, you have the safety of 60 day money back guarantee…. Or do you? So my first email was ignored completely, I waited a week and resent it. This time I was told I could have a FULL refund (bearing in mind I paid £29.99) however I would have to pay a fee of £10 to return it. Or I could keep the item and have a refund of £20.

So neither option, returned the full £29.99 that I paid, thus rendering their money back guarantee complete and utter nonsense .

When questioned regarding this, I was told I could not return the item myself and given some excuses of having to use their returns process and tracking which cost £10 as opposed to the £2.70 Royal Mail required to send it back as the parcel is tiny.

Further emails equated to me being told I would get the FULL £29.99 back, however when the refund came through it was not the full amount, apparently they had just copied the wrong amount into the email they sent.

So lo and behold this company cannot do a thing right, except lie and rip people off. They do that very well.

The product doesn't work. It is shipped from China. You can buy the exact same cheap product on Alibaba for 2 EUR or at Amazon for 5 EUR.
The 100% Refund guarantee is a scam, they offer to refund a fraction of the money.
I filed scam complaints with Shopify and the consumer protection agency and claimed a chargeback with the credit card company.

I just had to stop & drop you a quick note about this ‘MuteSnore’ I purchased from your company. I got it for my Son because of his horrible snoring that disturbs his entire household. I have stopped by his house often & catch him sleeping & snoring to the point I have to leave because I can’t stand it 😂

To my point is why I purchased this guard for him when I saw the advertisement & I must say I was hesitant to do so. He’s gone Doctors, they wanted to put a machine, they wanted him to stay in the hospital to test him while he sleeps, but he refused & didn’t want to take any medication either. So this was a Mom's last resort!

Tonight I stop by to see my Grands & noticed his truck was in the driveway to find out that his wife had it & he was sleeping. 😴 I was shocked that I didn't hear a sound out of him after the kids said he was sleeping, I walked into his room just to check if he was alive he was quietly sleeping like a baby with no sound of snoring.

I asked the kids if he had the guard in his mouth & they said ‘what guard?’ I explained to them what I had purchased for him & they were shocked as well that they didn’t hear one snore from him & he had been sleeping since coming home from work.

I told the kids if ever they hear him again, to wake him up to put the guard in, in case he forgets. I had to tell him that I was there & didn’t hear a sound out of him to my amazement. He said ‘really’ & said that he had it in his mouth & he will continue to use it because he said he even feels better. MY GOD what a miracle you guys have produced. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Mentioning Margaret Thatcher in the advertising for Mutesnore was inaccurate as she only ever had 4 to 5 hours sleep at night as Prime Minister, so that she could complete her work and be prepared for the next day. To compensate she had naps in her car between meetings.

Pros-Very simple and easy to use. I have tried it for a week and didn't face any difficulty while using it. I like it when the instructions are clear. It does what it claims. Laura is the typical large hearted and warm American business owner I like to support!
Cons- sometimes it pains in mouth after waking up. Packaging can be better

The mouthpiece takes time to adjust to (I took a week almost). But it is effective so maybe no pain no gain. Their customer service is outstanding so I will keep buying I guess.

Took some time to adjust but worth it at the end. Maybe they can work on the packaging a bit better but the product itself is great and effective. I know a few people who are going to get this from me on Christmas, haha'

I saw an ad on Facebook for this product. Usually I double check but this time I didn't. I ordered the 2 for $39 deal. I received a kind of small package containing 2 blue containers each with a mouth piece in it. I opened 1 and to my surprise this mute snore device was so pliable I was really disappointed. I put it in my mouth and it did nothing. There was no way this thing could hold my lower jaw in place. There was absolutely no rigidity in this device. I think it is a scam. I emailed for a refund and they said I could keep the 2 devices and they would hold back $20. What a cheat. They offer 100% refund guarantee for 30 days but that is a lie. I ended up settling for $35 refund. This is a scam. Don't pay directly for anything on the internet pay through paypal or other company. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Was a bit skeptical at start but it worked out well! Works for me and the owner is very helpful and cordial!
