The presentation was very organized and the speaker, Ted Moore, was both helpful and friendly towards everyone. He was honest about some of the tools limitations but also offered possible solutions to each issue.

The smooth transition from concept to concept was really helpful to me as a beginner. Umut’s direct and clear manner of teaching helped me see one way Max can “transduce” data into sound design.

Courses in MusicHackspace are very trendy. But not well organized..and there are no caption.

It would be nice if you can provide some subtitles, and because I’m in China, I can see a lot of people here have the willingness to learn but they sometimes not good in English, so if you could provide multiple languages that would be even better. Contact me if you need Chinese translater.

Great learning opportunities by knowledgeable, professional experts in the field. Recommended to those seeking to develop their skills, or looking for ways to kickstart their creative approaches using the latest technology.

I am from Japan and could not proceed with Paypal payment properly... so eventually gave up.
I haven't this problem on other websites.

The course was saying for beginners, but i felt very lost as beginner to follow the course flow, was confuse change rooms for exercises also.

Usuefull content for max msp, videos, tutorials, etc.
Recorded sessions are very helpful!

The courses are very easy, almost beginner-like. I was expecting something more challenging or "new knowledge" for the amount of money. Nevertheless, thank you for the platform, I just think the content could be more advanced.

Also, the edition of the content feels very improvised. Most of the time you get a video of a Zoom meeting without further edition. I don't think it's useful to see the first 5-10 minutes of a meeting where every participant is joining and checking if their microphone is on or something. There could be minor editions to the sessions that could improve a lot the content. Some meetings also feel very improvised, with many mistakes in the patches or not knowing how to fix a situation that was actually the topic of the course. Again, the platform is great, I look forward to more content but it could be greatly improved.

Rich in learning possibilities and wonderfully inspiring for this 'newcomer' - well-constructed forums available at all levels for any looking to delve further into the world of digital arts.

If you feel afraid or overwhelmed by Max/MSP/Jitter or Touchdesigner, Music Hackspace is the safe place to start your journey in music technology. I highly recommend to join the live sessions to meet more enthusiasts and to grow your experience.

This was my first experience with Music Hackspace and it was highly successful. The instructor had a range of material on the topic - including simple steps to get going, moving to intermediate and a few advanced topics - which kept everyone's interest. The instructor (Phelan Kane) was a powerhouse of useful information. He presented well, guiding us through practical examples that were easy to follow.

After finishing the course - I immediately when back to the course offerings to map out what else I wanted to learn and what courses I could take to build on my learning.

The Chagall livestream was terrific! I just love her work, and her stories made me love her all the more. I didn't check yet if there was a recording but I hope so.

And Music Hackspace - you are my new favorite place. Keep Rockin!
