Hey Anthony, Firstly thank you for choosing Mushroom Valley Farms. I want to know how we can make you happy and possibly change your review up to 5 stars. We received payment for your order on the 19th and that same day we reached out to you regarding shipping options but we never heard back from you. I can show you the email if you'd like. I personally shipped your your order out a few days later. I can also show you tracking number documentation as well. your package was delivered on the 28th. If there is anything we can do to make this better please don't hesitate to ask.
