I would like to thank Saksham for his time and efforts in resolving an issue I had with transferring my ring from one phone to another. So far I've enjoyed using Ring One by Muse.

The ring arrived 1.5 years later. The charging case has been faulty and it was replaced, the second replacement also faulty after few months. My overal Experience with this product is really bad

Scam - ish

Was an early baker (orders 2499 & 7542).

They are not honest in communications - instead of saying things take time, they have been lying about updates for ages (e.g. blaming delivery partners for 6+ months for not being able to deliver any ring outside of India etc). I'ts been like 18 months+ instead of the original 2 until shipping actually happened?

Another part of my issue with Muse Wearables team is that I have requested a refund 9 months ago, they confirmed in email that they would issue it shortly. Still, after chasing several times, still nothing, always along the lines of "We would like to inform you that we have begun processing refunds on a daily basis. Once your refund is completed, you will get an email confirmation directly in your inbox." and other bs.

Not sure if ring is good at all, never tried it. But after these communication issues I can't trust the product to be anything functional (and since it took so long to wait I actually got Oura instead).

Also not sure if there are any real positive reviews - in past in FB groups some other early bakers said that very likely "positive" stuff was by their own employees cause everyone advocating for the ring being amazing and somehow actually testing it was in India. Do your own due diligence in that sense.

I'm just annoyed at this point about the amount of time spent reading the updates and then dealing with the refund request. I understand that projects like this may be failures, but this doesn't excuse giving fake promises throughout the way - have some integrity.

I see that they are advertising now about Ring One 2.0 - don't fall for that! If the value for money seems to good to be true, you know the answer. Also don't expect crowdfunding platforms to help you in any way in resolving this; they won't.

Waited 2 years for it to arrive. Half the promised functionality doesn't work (payments, blood pressure). And now after 2 months of wear, the battery life has reduced by 75%.

After waiting about 26 months, I got the news that they may not ship to South Africa.
The South African Customs require documentation and proof of testing before any product of this nature may be released into the market.
An NRCS Letter of Authority (LOA) is a mandatory safety and quality certification required for importing or selling specific electrical, electronic, and automotive products in South Africa. This costs you another $130.00 for an application which can take to up to 90 days to approve.
Just decided to cut my losses, forfeit the monies paid to Ring One and the customs too.

Was very happy with my Ring after firmware updates and app updates. After 6 months my only disappointment was that the black finish had badly scratched from day to day wear. After reaching out to Muse by email they responded promptly and they assured me that the newer versions had a better coating and offered to replace my Ring free of charge. One week later and my new Ring has arrived, so I'm very happy. Looking forward to what future updates bring :)

I enquire on my incorrect bio data entry while registering the Muse app, it was resolved over the Muse side without hassle. It is crucial to ensure my health data tracking with Muse RingOne continue to deliver accurate health indicators. Thank you, Muse Team, for the remarkable service rendered to me. I have no regrets owning RingOne. Services is always part of the package. Thumbs up.

This thing is a piece of junk! It took 3 years to arrive and doesn’t work, impossible to pair the Bluetooth, so, impossible to use it.
Design is so cheap, just a bad piece of plastic, don’t expect a nice titanium ring as promised…

Syncs Fast, Battery lasts a long time. Accurate enough for me.

Received the ringtone last month & have been using it for about a month. I was shocked that it finally arrived as I had lost hope after waiting for 2 years.

The ring seems to work for some things. It is not very accurate with my sleep tracking. It doesn't make payments yet (USA) which is why I wanted this particular ring. It does seem to track my steps well. I like that it can do my pulse ox (beta) and blood pressure (beta). The stress meter doesn't match my lived experience at all. It fits me and is fairy attractive - I have a solid metal one, no paint - but looks fairly masculine. It gets very, very hot when it charges and I cannot touch it at all for a few minutes. I wish it were easier to see battery life.

Would like to write a review of their ring, but it's been two years of over promising and under delivering. Maybe the ring will arrive some time before 2027? I'll write another review if it ever arrives.

It took a long time to get my ring. But now that it's here, it's doing a pretty decent job for me at least. I know other people have a different story, but I can only share mine. It's accuracy is within acceptable variation of other smart rings (the well known and trusted brands, not compared to cheap junk rings) that I've come to trust. Credit where it's due.

I was a backer for the creation of the Muse Ring One. Many people were impatient and critical of how long it took to bring this ring to market. I wasn’t one of them. I’m so glad I waited patiently. Ultimately, the ring came. There have been some issues, but that should be expected with a product as advanced and capable as this one sets out to be. I have been communicating regularly with their support team and they have now addressed some of my key concerns.
The ring now accurately tracks my heart rate, sleep statistics, oxygen levels, etc. I’m looking forward to future updates to bring easier exercise tracking and payment features, here in the USA. The ring has held up very well despite my rigorous use in the gym (weight lifting, boxing, etc.). It also has a great design although I do wish the rings edges were a little smoother. This can be easily addressed with future releases.
Overall, I am very happy with my Muse ring!

I have been using Muse One Ring close to one year. My experience with the ring is awesome so far. I could easily find out various health metrics like BP, ECG, Heart Rate, SPO2, HRV, Steps, Sleep Score etc….by wearing it all day all night. I have ordered the ring on August 2024 and received it in December 2024. Initially, I received the sizing kit immediately. Once I updated the right size in the Muse App, I waited until it got delivered.

The actual package of the One Ring was simply amazing and world class. The experience of opening it and setting up was so pleasing. I didn’t encounter any issues in setting up this ring in my both Android and iOS mobiles.

After that it was more or less smooth experience. There are few software issues which was followed up by the Muse support team and fixed them all. There was a charger issue, the support team sent me a replacement. In August this year after upgrading a Firmware the ring stopped charging. Again, the support team sent me a replacement ring and it has been working fine. The support team was diligent in following up with the issue that was reported through phone and through email. I am happy using this ring.

The payment option is not available in my region hence I could not use this feature.

The black ring outer coating is pealing off hence I would suggest ordering different colour (I actually ordered Gold Colour but it was getting delayed, hence I settled with the black one which looked great in the website though).
