My experience with Museums.co was fabulous. I received my prints as promised. I was able to reach someone when I had a question and I have had them framed and am in love with them. I can't wait to get them on my wall!

Great Customer Service
There was an issue with the artwork image on the website, and I contacted customer service to resolve it. They fixed it within 24 hours, and I was able to order it in time for a birthday. Wonderful customer service.

Print arrived bent throughout the middle
museums.co sells damaged goods and won’t replace them. They tried very hard to not send a replacement print and they won. Dealing with museums.co about their damaged print was very difficult and the resolution they chose was disappointing. They told me that the blundered transaction was totally my fault.

Clear and bright
I ordered “Undergrowth with Two Figures” by Van Gogh. The print is extremely clear. In the past, I have ordered from a common online art store and the prints were fuzzy and dull. This was NOT the case at Museums.Co. Also, the print was packed well in tissue paper and with zero wrinkles or dents. It is currently being framed and will live above my mantel.
