Paid for express shipping over £19 and I just got email it won't be here till October!!! Over £50 for 1 order and nobody respond to your email!! I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering!!!
This was an amazing and unique birthday gift! I ordered the box museum with lights and I received my package and had a lot of fun putting it together. Keep in mind this is a DIY museum. They made all the pictures and frames and placed them on panels and send you everything you need. You just put it together. I think this was actually better since it’s fragile and shipping could have shifted or broken things. All in all 10/10! It’s so beautiful!
They false advertise their products. Ordered a Freddy Kruegar Knife block and they sent a 3D printed piece of trash.

Grace has been so patient and helpful working with me. I changed my first idea completely, and she put the original on hold for more than a week at least, allowing me to not lose my payment and come up with a completely different set of photos. She also helped clean up some pictures for me. I am very unskilled with tech and was so grateful! I will be a repeat customer of this fantastic company. Thank you Grace!

The little people are extremely fiddly and their feet aren’t flat so they don’t stay standing, even with super glue. The paper background is poor quality, it came creased and tore easily so I ended up not using it. None of the little lights provided worked and the added pedestal I bought didn’t even fit inside the frame so was a wasted extra cost. I did like the little frames and the variety of shapes and sizes.
Would have been much easier to buy all the individual pieces separate from a craft store. I would not recommend this company
Terrible quality. The ornaments like the people inside the frame are not glued (you need to do that yourself). It took 22 days to arrive. Basically its just a dropshipping store with super low quality prosucts.
Ordering was easy! I messed up my address and they were quick to respond and fix my mistake. Can't wait to see the product!
