Got my winnings before weekend
I was worried the withdrawal would get stuck over the weekend, but requested on Thursday and had it on Friday afternoon. Nice timing cause I used that cash for a small trip. Glad they didn’t delay it.
Small glitches but money safe

Account frozen, balance trapped
My account was frozen due to some sort of check, and now my balance of $310 is locked. I sent the verification documents, and it's been six days with no response. I was told by the support chat to wait, but they won't provide a time frame. I can't access my own money.
Disconnected blamed on my setup
During the session, I was kicked out 3 times and support told me to clear cache and check my connection. I was downloading a file at the same time and had no issues with my connection. My cache was already cleared.
App doesnt exist
I looked for an app and didn't find anything in the app store, but the website says they have an app and support said it's only mobile browser version. Advertising an app that isn't real is very dishonest.
Password reset link expired
I forgot my password and asked for a reset link. By the time I went to check my email, which was 10 minutes later, the link had already went expired. I had to request a bunch of new links until I was finally able to reset it in time.
Game crashed and took my bet
I was playing a slot, and as soon as I made a bet, it crashed. I reloaded the game, and my balance decreased by the amount I bet, yet the spin did not happen. Support told me they can’t refund it because there’s no record of the crash.
Promos are misleading
I saw a promo on the homepage, and when I tried to claim it, support said it wasn't available in my region. I saw no mentions of this in the promo details. I spent time trying to activate this promo when I'm not even eligible for any of it. They need to be clearer about these restrictions.
Account locked without warning
My account got locked one morning when I tried logging in and I had to do some extra verification. They didn’t send me any emails. I didn’t even know what I could do to be able to access my funds. Support told me it would take another 3 days just to do it after I sent more documents. I spent those 3 days not knowing if my money was safe or not.
Customer service is slow
I emailed you on Tuesday regarding my missing bonus and didn't get a reply until Friday afternoon. Three days for a simple inquiry is absurd. Live chat is always busy so the email wait time is unacceptable.
Deposit bonus didnt activate
I made a qualifying deposit for a bonus, but it never got added to my account. I had to reach out to support with proof showing I met the requirements. They did end up manually crediting it, but it took a whole day and multiple messages to get it fixed. This should have been automatic.
