I strongly recommend to have some pre loaded routines of exercises targeting different levels of people and different goals.
To me this app has amazing content, but I struggled to engage since it’s no friendly when I need to find some variety of exercises thorough the week

I have used muscle and motion during my undergraduate program as a helpful tool. Also, it helps me with form and anatomy of all the exercises. You wont be disappointed.

This app is fantastic. It has helped me to determine the best exercises for an injury of a specific small muscle in my back. I have used this app to help strengthen that area and I don’t know how I would’ve been able to do that otherwise! The level of information oh I can obtain from this app is unparalleled; whether it is how to properly do an exercise, or how to find the best exercise for a given area of my body, I have never seen such a comprehensive program put together like this one!

It’s a good resource to strengthen muscles, correct posture during exercises. There’s a ton of information if you how to use it.

I start my day sipping coffee (or green tea) and reviewing Muscle and Motion, Once the caffeine hits I’m ready to try a new move on myself and then my clients. The best secret weapon of knowledge anywhere!

It is a great app! The concept works well by showing you which muscles are worked by the given exercises. This is great for the amateur who simply wants to workout, and the professionals working with clients. I also like how you can look at specific parts of the body, or drill in by a specific exercise. Finally, it has the range of weightlifting, stretching, body weight, straps, and more. It would be totally amazing if they could give me foam rolling and how to use these massage guns currently popular on the market. No one is doing that well on the market. It could be an additional revenue stream.

I don't know how to get to past videos now that they have added in strength vs yoga vs whatever sections. I am not even sure which one I ordered or how I get in to check to see when my subscription renews. It's all frustrating

Would be good if you had a workout builder component.

A great tool for understanding movement. I often use it to show my Personal Training clients how muscles work.
