As we’ve been researching on different resources to understand the Joint actions and so much more this app has absolutely everything you need to understand the yoga🧘‍♀️ anatomy and it’s broken down in terms to truly comprehend what you are studying I’m so thankful for this app.❤️💯👏🏼💪🏼🙌🏼

i bought this application about 2 years ago as i started my massage therapy course. it helped me a lot during my study also my job. I'm a personal trainer and doing this job for more than 6 years. this application help me to have better understanding of Anatomy and exercises. it is clear there is a professional and knowledgeable team behind that. i recommend to all personal trainers to have this app as a essential tool for their job. the only thing that im gonna say is asking for more updates especially regarding assessment parts.

I registered in your program, in the free version. But there is no translation into Russian...I looked in "my profile", there is also no. Maybe this option is only available in the paid version???

Приложение классное. Мой недостаток - незнание английского. Это усложняет усвоение материала без перевода.

Great app for learning precise anatomy and function

Muscle and Motion is one of my favorite tools to use when teaching kinesiology to occupational therapy students! It provides visuals where you can actually see the muscle moving, understand the line of pull, see the proximal and distal attachments, and then understand how to strengthen that muscle. It changed the way I taught, when I first started using Muscle and Muscle...and it continues to improve the teaching & learning experience for all! Thank you Muscle and Motion for offering this unique service and annually updating and improving your website! It makes a huge difference! I love it.

Excellent anatomical and biomechanical explanations of the movements/exercises. It gives a nice insight what is happening inside of the joints. This is definitely the best app addressing the movements explanation in 3D.
