I never leave reviews but the outstanding customer service I received from Murphy home deserves it. Iris in web sales went above and beyond taking photos and a video of the table in store to answer all the questions I had. It was like buying it in store rather than an online sale. Delivery was prompt and the boys were fantastic and assembled the table for us and removed all the packaging. I will definitely shop with them again and have told everyone about the amazing customer service that is unfortunately missing from lots of business in today’s world . Ordered a few things from Murphy Furniture. The furniture is beautiful, well crafted and a very fair price. The woman over the phone for organising shipping was pleasant and was very prompt to organise the shipping dates. Thanks to Wes and Tony for delivering the furniture, gave me a text the night before to let me know when they will be there. They arrived the time and set up the furniture pieces for me

I can an excellent experience shopping in Michael Murphy's furniture shop. I was looking for new bed and mattress. Louise, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the range of mattresses. She was able to advise us what was in stock and what would have a lead time. She got us booked in with delivery this week which made my son very happy. In total it was an easy and pleasant experience. I would recommend this store and Louise to anyone shopping for beds.

Sean and Alan were very professional and friendly. Everything put together perfectly, and they even put the mattress on the bed frame when they were done.

Rory and Cesary were most pleasant and highly efficient. The sofa was delivered on time and I was delighted that they took all the packing boxes with them.

They men who delivered my bed frame were polite and friendly and arrived early which was great for me. Nothing was a problem for them.

I had a great experience with Murphy Homestore. The store offers a good selection of quality furniture and home products, with excellent customer service from start to finish. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
A special mention to Anush and Luciana, who were both incredibly kind and attentive. Anush was a genuinely nice guy who went above and beyond to help, while Luciana was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out.
I would highly recommend Murphy Homestore and look forward to shopping there again.

Norman came to fix the zip on my sofa and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, worked very quickly, and had everything sorted in no time. I really appreciated his prompt and efficient service.

Rory & Cezary have delivered furniture to my home today & on two other occasions.
They were both so polite and efficient they had the furniture assembled in no time, they took the packaging away and placed it exactly where I wanted it.
The furniture is high quality and looks beautiful.
