Extremely disappointing experience – Payment overdue since August 2025 into a consignment agreement…
We entered into a consignment agreement with Mumzworld, where goods were supplied first and payment would only be due once the items were sold. Unfortunately, despite this very seller-friendly arrangement, we have been waiting for our payment since August 2025.
For months, we have been repeatedly told that “the finance team is looking into it” and that someone would get back to us. No one ever does.
Worse still, the responsible contact person keeps changing, and now communication has shifted to a ticket system with no direct contact person at all. It is impossible to reach anyone from the finance department, and our case is clearly not being handled.
After more than half a year of unfulfilled promises and no resolution, we had no choice but to hand the matter over to a debt collection agency. We will also be addressing this issue directly at the upcoming trade show in Dubai.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. We strongly advise other brands to be cautious when entering any form of consignment (sell-first-pay-later) agreement with Mumzworld.

Mumzworld has been my go-to ever since I got pregnant. I am extremely satisfied with the fast delivery and the prompt support from the customer service department. I attended the Mumzworld event at Thea on 8th October 2025 in which I met Shalini from the Mumzworld team who assisted me and my friend who is expecting. She was friendly and very open to feedback. Overall we had a great time at the event which was very informative for expectant mums and also for seasoned mums. The topics were detailed and the giveaways were very promising as well.
