Zoe was absolutely brilliant
Zoe was absolutely brilliant. Being made redundant from your job is an odd time in one's life, but having someone on your side like Zoe in tremendously reassuring. I don't think my employers were trying to do me wrong, but she made absolutely sure that every little detail was taken care of and that my rights were looked after. You want her on your side!

I happened to find Mulberry's through a quick Google search after news from my employer. My first impressions were that they were an incredibly professional company after speaking to a kind and sensible woman who directed me to Zoe.
Throughout our exchanges, Zoe was efficient, diligent and kind. It was instantly clear to me she knew what she was talking about and always explained things clearly for me.
