Muista is a home office furniture design brand behind the original Muista chair concept. Founded in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2017 by designer Aurimas Lažinskas and his cousin Gytis Staras, Muista's aim is to change the approach of long sitting at work desks, to encourage flexibility and movement and make sitting a more enjoyable experience.
Introduced for the first time at the Habitare 2018 design fair in Helsinki, Finland, Muista achieved big interest and positive feedback, both from health professionals and members of the public. Since then it was successfully showcased at various design fairs including Cologne (IMM), Paris (Maison & Objet), Vienna, Zürich, Hamburg (Blickfang), and sold the Muista ergonomic desk chair to hundreds of happy customers.

The Muista chair has a minimalist design and is excellent for staying active during office hours. I’m very pleased with its aesthetics and comfort.
It takes a little time to adjust, but once you do, it’s great!

Great Experience
My order was handled in a fast, friendly, and professional way. I had made a mistake when placing the order online. So I emailed the company and they adjusted my order right away (without any additional information from me, issues, or string of emails back and forth). It was amazing, functional, customer service!
The shipment itself was packaged with great care, so there was no damage despite it travelling so far.
The product inside is beautiful and my posture at my desk has improved significantly.
I am very pleased with the purchase of a Muista chair.

Worth the (slight) wait
It took a little while to arrive in Ireland, but the stool was very well packaged, easy to assemble, and has been a massive hit. Very good communication.

A derekamra jó hatással volt, kénytelen vagyok egyenesen tartani magam. Lovagló ülésben használva nem bírom sokáig, mert nyomja a fenekemet (olyan mint amikor nem vagy hozzászokva a kerékpár üléshez), de ilyenkor átváltok a másik pozícióra, azaz elfordítom és úgy használom, aztán megint cserélem. 3-4 hét után határozottan érzem a derekamban a javulást. Persze mellette külön folyamatos a tartóizmok erősítése edzéssel. Elégedett vagyok a székkel.

Excellent quality and a great chair
This chair was on my waiting list for quite some time and summer sale was a chance to get one. I bought metal one in black colour. It is very easy and intuitive to put it together and the chair is so great! The quality is very, very good and design superb. It relaxes lower back pain (I do sit a lot for a work), it helps with my hips. I am waiting for the tall one to be available again.

Fast friendly service and brilliant idea with possibility for rocking both side to side and forward and back, so long sitting still avoided. Recommended for gentle exercise after hernia operation. And not least good quality and design. Originally bought one for myself and have now bought two more for friends and family😊

Super fast shipping. I am very happy with the product. It has a beautiful design and after two weeks of using the chair, I already see the difference in my sitting habits/ body posture.

First Muista in Singapore?
Ordering online was a breeze, I had all the information I needed to ensure that the chair would be a good fit and it arrived beautifully and assembled. I love my Muista! It’s helped me become so much more productive since I can direct my fidgety energy to the chair. It’s a very well made item and looks like it’ll last me a lifetime.
When it’s not used for work, my daughter quite happily plays with it!
