Ed Zimbardi owns Mugan Markets which originally was INGFX brokerage. Zimbardi is a serial scam artist and has stolen people's hard earned money in the millions including mine. Run from him like you would The Black Plague.

This broker seems to be part of a big scam of 56 million euro. It is not possible to talk to them. Mail them: no response. Chat with them: no response. At first, they talked to their customers. But now, no answer at all. Please do not go into business with this company, wait till you are sure that they are going to talk to the victims of this scam and you are sure they are not involved. When you give them five stars, they will respond. Their answer is not recognized by our experience.
After a few days, I received this message: ' Mugan Markets would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email.
If we don’t hear from you within 3 days, your review may be taken offline.'
They don't answer my email, but they want a review removed.
When Mugan just answers its customers, there is no reason to give a bad review. When Mugan resolves the matter correctly, I will remove this review. Unfortunately, I have not seen any positive development at this time. So I stand by my position. It is NOT possible to remove my money from my account. So Mugan, it is up to you.

Update 4 december 2023:
Here I am again, nearly 3 months later because I simply gave up and accepted I lost 30.000 Euro’s to this scam company.
But I thought I have to warn others again because of the reaction Mugan Marktes added to my review.
They say they are doing their best with their service. So I thought, I’ll try contacting them again. And so I did, but with an auto generated e-mail address. And within a couple of hours I actually got a response, but telling me I had to include the e-mail address with which I was registered at Mugan Markets, and so I did and responded whit it..
And then… silence… and silence… and…
Update 13 september 2023:
Ok, here I am again. Unfortunately, Mugan did not do as promised on the 12th of september, they did not gave me (and 1400 other Dutch clients) control of my account. They did not disconnect my account from my pamm manager.
And then today, they sent an e-mail telling me that they had communications with my pamm manager and by her decision, they did not act on anything.
But then… my pamm manager is in jail and her possible fraud (proven fraud for not trading with the right papers) is still under investigation. And by law and confirmation of our lawyers, she is not able to make any communications with the outside world, let alone Mugan Markets.
So please Mugan Markets, reach out to me, give me control of my account, disconnect my pamm manager, and prove that you are a trustworthy company. Or else, just acknowledge it’s a fraud, close your website and go underground. At least I can then get a rest and leave this be. Cause at the moment you’re just stalling the whole thing while not communicating at all.
I’m still willing to turn this review around, but you’ll have to prove you’re acting righteous.
I’ll update this review when new information arrives.
Update 11 september 2023:
Oh wow, now Mugan Markets (through TrustPilot) just asked if my review is for another business. This is after they asked my personal info last week in which I added my e-mail and Mugan Market client-id. So they know exactly who I am and that this review is for their business. I can understand them asking about me, to know if I’m real, but deliberately making this review going away is not nice.
Well, two can play that game. Look them up, here on TrustPilot and pay attention to all the 5 star reviews. Then try cross-referencing them. You’ll notice a lot 4, 5 sentence reviews with identical messages, some even identical in themselves! But from different persons around the globe. Even countries (like the Netherlands I sadly found out) where they aren’t allowed due to regulations. So please Mugan Markets, just try being a nice company and positive reviews will come your way. Don’t act like this, making fake reviews for yourselves.
Then, on topic: tomorrow is a big day for about 1400 people in The Netherlands. Mugan has e-mailed all 1400 clients of one specific pamm manager currently held in jail. They say they are going to hand over the accounts to us, which I asked for about three weeks ago, where they stopped all communications with me all together. So that’ll be the moment of truth in which all is a proven scam, or there is some money left. Either way, I’ll update this review after tomorrow with more info.
Update 4 september 2023:
Mugan Markets (through TrustPilot) just asked for my personal and contact info here on TrustPilot. So It’s now up to them to act on my review and hand over my account to my control.
In the meantime there are lawsuits starting in the Netherlands with the Pamm manager. In extend these could be with Mugan Markets in the next couple of days. So I really hope Mugan Markets will act.
If the silence continious, I’m afraid it’s all a scam, I lost my money and I just have to warn others for not going in to business with Mugan Markets.

I’m with Mugan Markets for a year or two now, through a pamm manager. I can’t really review the proces of trading myself, but I can as a customer.
The last two years I had many doubts with IMGFx and Mugan Marktes because of widespread internet reviews and stories. But it did not stop me in participating with a pamm manager and deposit funds with them.
Bitcoin transactions all went well and service is great through e-mail.
Well… actually, not quite. The response time is always great, but when you ask a more difficult question, for instance, how can I access my account when my pamm manager is held in prison for possible fraud, there is only silence…
And silence…
And when I ask again…
You guessed it, silence.
So… that’s not nice. And then I recall all those widespread stories about IMGFx and Mugan Markets and am a bit ashamed about myself for getting myself into this.
So, when this ends right, I’ll rectify this review. If it’s a scam, then it’s a scam and I regret participating and can only warn future “customers”.
