Excellent Customer Service from the staff at Muck Truck. Helpful advice on the phone followed up by a very useful test drive session of the models on offer. Decided on a Ladybug and it was delivered same day. (does help that I'm local!) I love my bug. Don't know how I managed my smallholding without it. I was a bit nervous about stability with the 3 wheeler but I needn't have been. It copes with my wonky terrain very well.
The after sales service has been excellent too. Even sent me a little video to answer a throttle issue I had. My only suggested improvement would be to add this fix to the manual. The link in the manual to the component manufacturers site really isn't useful.

It’s more valuable then two employees and doesn’t take breaks it’s a total game changer for moving materials around the job site goes uphills in and out of the trailer with no problem effortless everybody that sees it come on a job site. I recently purchased a 2003 model Muck Truck from a retired builder but the drive belt kept coming off, i phoned Muck Truck and spoke to a very helpful lady called Joy. The help and advice she gave was first class, she even arranged a three way phone call with Terry who was in America to advice me. This company deserves the 5 Star rating i've given them. A first class company and helpful in every way.

Purchased the max truck a few weeks back along with the tow hitch and what a brilliant machine it's been. The amount of work it did in the first day was incredibly. Moved around 10ton of hardcore/soil which not only saves your back but saved us many hours aswell.

I found Mucktruck a good company to deal with. Helpful advice on the machine when I was considering different models. It was delivered very quickly. The machine has been a great little work horse. I have contacted tech support a couple of times as small maintenance issues arose. The team was very helpful and we got the machine back in action very quickly with some help over the phone.
