Good prices and arrived quickly
Ordered some perfumes, all arrived quickly and with no problems. One item didn't get sent as their shipment was defective, however I contacted customer services via the webchat and they were very helpful in sorting it out and gave me a refund for the missing item.

Awful service- place an order on May 12th 2020 to which I received an email 2 days later saying that the order had been dispatched- 10 days later and still no item or update from the company as to when it will arrive or the status of delivery even after leaving countless messages on their mobile phone number they've provided.
Would appreciate some update please- Order number #17278

Here is a breakdown of the timeline.
-Order placed on the 12th
-we are notified of an issue via email on the 19th
-we carry out and investigation.
-refund completed on the 22nd.
We understand it’s frustrating to not receive your item. However we carried out all the required actions as soon as we were made aware of the issue.

Good service and products.
Great looking website, good products. I saw a few less than positive reviews which panicked me after buying. Despite taking 4 days from placing the order to it being dispatched (which could be improved on) it was a standard 3 day delivery so arrived swiftly after the dispatch notification email.
Muazo seem to be one of very few companies offering better than high street brands and products so I will more than likely use again.

Ordered item and paid for next day…
Ordered item and paid for next day delivery. Item did not arrive next day. Emailed them - no reply. Phoned customer services (mobile number which is odd for a company) answerphone only. Left message, no answer. What to do know. Am feeling ripped off.

1. Order placed on the 13th (Friday afternoon) of December after same day dispatched cutoff time.
2. As detailed in our deliver details on the product page and across the website, Next day delivery is not available for Saturday so dispatched on Monday the 16th.
3. Yes your item was delivered late. On the the 18th.
Once we were notified of the late delivery, we refunded your delivery cost.
You have your item, so we delivered what you ordered.
We do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy but there’s always room for improvement.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Took order and payment for an item listed as in stock, then failed to answer my inquiries when the item did not ship. Their only available communication is Facebook Messenger and they only reply to that to say they've passed the inquiry onto the logistics team, then stop answering.
False advertising seems to only rational reason, they most likely never had the item in the first place. Reported.
Avoid at all costs.

Received wrong size, impossible to contact them about returns, when i finally managed to return the item, they did not refund the money.
Horrible service, do not recommend the site to anyone.

been waiting a parcel for more then a month and still can't get it. The customer service is terrible. They don't answer when you write an email and if use the phone call they have an answering machine so you can't talk about the problem over the phone. The tracking number doesn't track the item for no reason. I'm very disappointed and strongly do not recommend this site

That said, we are not only available via phone but also, via Facebook , twitter , email and Instagram. You can use our new customer service number to contact us via WhatsApp.
there will be times when when we're dealing with other customers or we're a bit low on staff, we do our best to ensure our customers are happy but after all we are human and can't be everywhere at once although we are looking into that :)
