I used the service to buy tickets for my mum, aunt and uncle. All three around 70, they had difficulty with the app, so I printed tickets for them.
If you are under 70, the app is user friendly, and does not distract you from the concert at all. At least, I enjoyed mine, the next one will be Pivovatov in Hannover. See you there

Total scam. Bought tickets for the show at 20:00, when arrived at the venue, was informed that the concert was at 17:00. No information about change of time and ticket clearly says 20:00. When contacted them, they refused to refund the money. Total scam.

If you want to miss your train but your ticket on here I brought my ticket through network rail and was directed to m ticket. After I paid I wa then informed I had to download the app then I I had to create an account just to get on my train which if the train had been running on time I would have missed. Why do all this I pay my money give me the ticket simple

Refunds for Event Tickets are made by the Implementer who sold you the Ticket and only in cases of event cancellation. At the same time, only the nominal value of the Ticket is returned to the Buyer, the Service Fee and the cost of Additional Services are not refunded. They organised an event with Artem Pinovarov an Ukrainian singer at Scala London. Nobody asked ages when we bought online the tickets so we bought a ticket for a 11 years old Ukrainian girl who is fan of the singer. But, we faced with a big surprise when we where at the place of the event. The guards informed us that the entrance not allowed to children under 14 !!!!. Note, that in the terms of the ticket there is no reference to the above. When I asked to explain me the reason and why they didn't inform this condition, when we ordered the tickets they told me that they will call the police !!! One day after, child's mother try to get a refund from them but, ones they flight, the other want more details etc. These guys who put a big "together with Ukraine" in their advertisement, the only think that they do is to discredit Ukraine !!!!
Please note that I saw more than 20 children with their families outside the Scala, with the same situation.
