Thanks for refund offer, I was a little frustrated
I'm editing my review, I put 1 star in reaction due to deceptive wording that said I could redeem 5 purchases when it turns out I could only redeem 1!
But thank you for having a place for customers to pick up extra bits and offering us a refund for unused codes when things go wrong like this.
My only feedback would be to make it explicit how many purchases an item can be used and not mix it up with codes in the set. Some packs for example have different number wording about times they can be redeemed.

Svar från MTGA Codes
Greetings. We have been made aware of a situation regarding the distribution of deck codes, which has led to a delay in the delivery of the cards within the MTG Arena. This matter is rooted in a technical hiccup originating from WOTC's end, coinciding with the latest release of the MKM set.
As a dedicated provider of digital MTG products, we take pride in ensuring that all codes sold through our platform are valid and redeemable. It has come to our attention that, although the redemption process is successful, there might be an unexpected wait time before the cards appear in your collection.
While we understand the frustration that this may cause, it is important to clarify that the intricacies of the MTG Arena client's functionality are beyond our control.
That being said, historical data suggests that such discrepancies are typically resolved, and all intended cards do eventually get allocated to the rightful owners. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these anomalies.
Should you have any further concerns or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to assist and ensure that your experience with our service remains positive.
