I've used MTF a couple of times and have always found the staff efficient.
I did, however, have to chase this loan application after a week, missing out on the vehicle I originally wanted to purchase.
Once the ball was rolling, I found another vehicle, and the process was completed in a day.

Has been very professional and helpful when ever I needed help. I have never let down by MTF, and i wanted to keep it that way so it wont be hard for me in the future when I needed another Vehicle or help.

Customer service was greatand very understanding ,especially nathan who made me understand the whole contract.
As a kid growing up never really understand certain words because the were either to much of a big word or fancy words as some would call it.
But not nathan he really helped me as i struggled to understand and he minimized certain words. He kinda of like level it down to where a late teen could understand.
Other than that it was very great
I give five stars
