I just want to give a huge thanks to Giovanni and MTF Kerikeri. Giovanni helped me step by step, answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with everything, and made sure I understood everything and has great communication! I highly recommend Giovanni !

I normally don’t leave reviews but this time I felt I needed to as Giovanni was a stand out in customer service. It was only a matter of minutes after putting my request in that he called me and nicely started me on the process. It only took a few hours before being approved and during that time I felt very valued as his customer service was world class. When it was time to sign the documents, Giovanni explained everything in detail, took his time and allowed me to ask questions at any stage of the process. A very good experience and I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Giovanni and MTF, I will only be using you for anything finance in the future. - Mark.

Like most things it's all about the people. I've dealt with Renee Cardno at MTF Finance three times now over the past few years, and she's nothing short of fantastic to deal with. Every box is ticked; huge professionalism, warm and engaging personality, great service, great timeliness.

Liked the quick helpful process.
Disliked being told im a good customer with good ratings should have commanded a better rate however the more expensive rate was put forward first then still I was given an ok rate I believe i should have had a very good rate considering my history with the company.

Third time now I have personally loaned off this company. Each time has been so fast and easy dealing with Giovahni Armeneo. Same day approval. I apply and within couple of hours money is in the account. Great comms and professionalism. Paperwork is easy to interpret, no confusion or hidden fine print. Waiver options to take care of unforeseen circumstances which removes the anxiety of getting into debt etc. Lowest interest rates plus a lot more positives. I highly recommend this company. Whatever your finance needs are, Giovahni is your guy!!!

Just like to inform that we have dealt with Giovarnni (Kerikeri branch) for two separate car loans, and I must say both times have been so carefree and easy to apply for both loans, great communication, and professionalism to tick all boxes that a customer would not need to deal with, Giovarnni dealt with all our paperwork, finances and insurances 😍

A deal, too good to be true came up at the eleventh hour and MTF came through to make a dream come true! I’d been an existing customer and had only been treated as human and not a number. The friendly staff, are really actually listening, unlike banks or other lenders, they enter your dream space and see your goal and strive to seeing you get the desired outcome. Truely and sincerely great full, the best by far.
