The service was very responsive, timely and went above and beyond to service my needs, including responding outside of normal business hours. This meant a lot as financing was needed at such short notice due to unforeseeable circumstances. It took the stress out of the situation.

I was at DESPERATE need of help just before Christmas with my vehicle needing a new engine. Most places wouldn't give me a loan due to already going through hardship with my kiwisaver. I applied for a loan five years ago with another finance company, which took one to two weeks for processing and required extensive paperwork. In contrast, my experience with MTF FINANCE GISBORNE was remarkably smooth, and I highly recommend their services. Thank you, Rammy and your team.
The online application on the MTF website was straightforward, and the quick credit check was completed swiftly. I received a call from Rammy the next day, and his friendly yet professional demeanor made the interaction enjoyable. He maintained excellent communication throughout the process, providing helpful answers and options. I was approved quickly, signed the necessary documents the following day, and received the funds shortly after.
