MTF Finance - Botany Omdömen 

My experience with MTF was good, great customer service and I love that they’re always willing to help.

I found MFT finance extremely helpful..they are straight forward...without any complications..&.. helpful during my time of needing help...therefore i really liked MFT finance & they are excellent considering their service & all...

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by MTF Botany. What should have been a straightforward process of transferring my car loan and securing a caravan loan turned into a series of frustrating events.​

Initially, I agreed to transfer my car loan to MTF with the understanding that the interest rate would match my existing bank loan. However, upon reviewing the loan documents, I discovered that the interest rate had been increased without my consent. I was urged to sign the documents hastily, but I took the time to read through them carefully. Fortunately, I noticed the higher interest rate and the inclusion of a payment waiver I hadn't requested, which would have added unnecessary costs. When I requested the removal of the payment waiver, I was informed that the interest rate would be adjusted accordingly.​

To address these concerns, I contacted MTF Botany and was informed that the owner would reach out to me. She sent an email stating, "I am finishing early today. I will call you tomorrow by midday." However, she proceeded to call me the same day to relay the exact same message. During this call, she began discussing my experience without having reviewed any of our previous correspondence. When I attempted to express my concerns, she repeatedly interrupted me, stating she would allow me to speak after she had finished, only to reiterate the same points without addressing my issues. I questioned the purpose of the call given her lack of preparation, to which she replied that it was a "courtesy call" and continued discussing the matter despite being unprepared.​

Instead of resolving the issue, she suggested restarting the entire application process, disregarding the time and effort I had already invested or go and find another finance company instead...

This entire process has been nothing but a massive waste of my time. From the hidden interest rate hike to the complete lack of professionalism, this company has shown utter disrespect for me as a customer. I’ve had to jump through hoops, waste my time, and put up with incompetence at every turn. I would never, ever recommend MTF Botany to anyone. In fact, I’d advise anyone reading this to steer clear of them at all costs. Don’t let them waste your time like they wasted mine.

Nz license isn't valid for them, they sent me to police to verify license copy and officer was looking weird at me? Was like why?????.
