Naomi went way above what was expected to help me out with new tyres after I got 3 punctures in the front. From a nightmare to a positive solution, Thankyou all.

I took my MT-09SP to MSS for a Spark exhaust and dyno/tune. MSS have been fantastic to deal with all the way through. Slight delays on parts that was out of their control but kept me in the loop with good communication which is key. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that wants work done on their bike.

Excellent Dyno work on my Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX added 12+ BHP at rear wheel and masses of torque, had to wait around for Dyno completion 3.5 hours, a TV and tea coffee facilities would be good 👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered a carbon fuel tank cover, got it 2 weeks late as it was not in stock and for a price which was bit above the market but thought it might be a good quality one so went for it.

However, the cover comes with a Matt dul finish which was not mentioned at the website and also not communicated at the time of order. Cover has clear scratches and marks which makes its look like either pre-owned or poorly made.

Now the interesting part. I emailed them directly along with the picture and they said their carbon is of the highest quality which is a joke and for the scratches they simply apologised and said they can’t do anything about it.

Worse after sale service experienced. Paid the delivery charges along with custom import charges and now will pay the return charges as well.

What a nightmare MSS 👎🏻

Great from start to finiss

The guys at MSS have prepped my bike for racing and looked after it for the two seasons. They have been absolutely fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The bike has been spot on, always flown through technical/scrutineering and has been a joy to ride.

2020 Z900RS re-map, fitted with a full Zard system, carried out on a ride in ride out while you wait, sat in the cafe and had breakfast, bike was already a good-un but now perfect thanks to guys at MSS, service can’t be faulted.

Unfortunate i am not so happy sorry for the 3 stars but from their work expected much more every bolt which they been touch is untide or left on the middle also the front forks...the forks moved 1mm and another side 2-3mm after small test 5 min riding on the bike look like not proffesional work young people in the garage small scratched on ohlins forks which they say to they are not from them any way its not big fault they are on not visible place.. have it small knocking refuse to repair they say that's a mega money and closed them with new ceilling new oil just same knocking this is ohlins everything is repairable.. I expect a bit more good service exam to explain what is broken and how much and to don't tide the front forks and plastics, recommend customer to check their work before to ride a bike sorry but loose me like a customer never gonna bring bike back.
