Really happy with the service from MSR Surveying. I'd like to particularly thank Saqib, who carried out the survey — I was able to see him at work during the inspection and his attention to detail was clear, both on site and in the final report. Thorough, well-researched and clearly done with real care rather than rushed. He kept me updated throughout and was upfront when he needed a little extra time to get things right — much better than receiving something rushed just to hit a deadline. Professional, communicative and reliable from start to finish. Highly recommend.

MSR Surveying completed a RICS L3 survey for us and we were blown away by the attention to detail and thoroughness from Saqib. The report covered absolutely everything we could ever think to need from a home survey report and Saqib even offered a long conversation to talk us through the report and patiently answered the many questions we had about the property. We couldn't recommend MSR more and would 100% work with Saqib again- thank you Saqib!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Don’t have a bad word to say about MSR surveying. From start to finish I was kept updated through a portal and the team were extremely helpful to any questions I had.

The surveyor Saif, was brilliant. The report was so detailed and he took the time to call and go through it also with me! He was professional and polite and helpful.

Thank you for making what is an extremely stressful time of buying a house a little bit easier!

I recently used MSR for a Level 3 RICS house survey. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from start to finish.
As a first time buyer purchasing a property can be so stressful so having a surveyor who is thorough and very professional makes a huge difference.
The survey itself was carried out to a very high standard. The report was detailed, and easy to understand, while still being comprehensive enough to highlight all the important issues with the property. It gave me a clear picture of the condition of the house, including all the areas that may need attention now or in the future, which was incredibly helpful in making an informed decision about what our next steps should be.
What stood out most for me was how thorough and professional Saqib was throughout the entire process. He was responsive, helpful, and happy to answer all of my questions including when I would message him out of working hours because i was stressed.
I really appreciated the quality of the advice and the level of detail included in the survey. MSR team genuinely cared about providing a high quality service to clients and also ensured I understood the findings. The whole experience felt efficient, reliable, and reassuring at a time when that kind of support really matters. Saqib went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful and recommend MSR to everyone we know.

Very professional company, very clear communication and gave great advice when needed. Advised me to do a drone survey due to age of property and glad I did worth every penny. Report was very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Very good service, quick and professional no corners cut, pointed out all the immediate issues and things that will need attention.

Very happy with our level 2 survey MSR surveying did for us. It was booked in within a matter of days and we appreciated having a call with the surveyor to talk through the report after. Would recommend.

Recently had a property surveyed by MSR Surveying and couldn't have been happier. Survey was done incredibly promptly (not sure if I got lucky there, they normally state that it's within a certain number of days, whereas mine was done much quicker), and got a telephone call with the surveyor to discuss the findings.

The largest issues were brought up and what the surveyor thought was best to do next. The full survey came in a week or so later (at about 1am on the day after their estimated delivery day, so I can't really fault them for that!), and went through the identified issues in good detail.

After discussing the findings with people I trust, I ultimately used the survey to withdraw my offer on the property. While not the best outcome overall, it likely saved me tens of thousands of pounds and several years of stress, and allowed someone with greater ability to take on the issues.

I'll certainly be considering MSR for any future surveys I need!

Very happy with our survey, very detailed and took the time afterwards to answer any questions that I had. Great company thank you

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with MSR Surveying.

From the first phone call requesting a quote, through to the final report, everyone we encountered was so professional and efficient.

It felt like a very premium service at a very competitive price compared to other companies I had spoken with.

The survey itself was meticulous and full with lots of clear information and recommendations, which led to us ultimately renegotiating on price.

We went for a level 2 survey, but I was pleasantly surprised by how detailed and particular it was, complete with pictures and evidence to support each aspect of the assessment.

Without doubt, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a survey - they made a fairly daunting task very straightforward and valuable.

Saqib was outstanding from start to finish. He carried out the survey on a property we were purchasing and was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.

The survey itself was detailed, clear and very well explained, but what really set Saqib apart was the time and care he took afterwards to talk us through the issues that came up. He was patient, approachable and generous with his time, answering our questions fully and helping us understand not just what the report said, but what it actually meant in practical terms.

Buying a property can be stressful, especially when a survey raises concerns, but Saqib made the whole process feel far more manageable. He helped us think through the findings in a calm, balanced and informed way, and we genuinely felt he went above and beyond to support us in making the right decision.

If you are looking for a surveyor who is highly professional, meticulous, honest and genuinely invested in his clients, I would highly recommend Saqib. His expertise, responsiveness and level of care were exceptional.

Here is a slightly shorter version if you want something punchier for Google:

Saqib was excellent throughout the whole process. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive when surveying a property we were buying. His report was detailed and clear, and he went above and beyond in taking the time to talk us through the issues and answer all our questions. He made what could have been a very stressful stage of the purchase feel much more manageable. I would highly recommend Saqib to anyone looking for a surveyor who is meticulous, honest, approachable and genuinely cares about helping clients make informed decisions.

I booked a level 3 building survey and the service and communications was great. I had Saqib carry out my survey and he was very professional. He gave me insight in to what he was doing and was very meticulous in his approach. He used a drone to check the roof and in the report he provided, gave thorough details on his findings.
Would definitely recommend!

Very efficient and helpful, reasonably priced. I am very happy with their services and recommend it to anyone.
Definitely will use it again if needed

Detailed report. Friendly service. As a first time buyer who have no idea about the details the surveyor personally explained everything that needs attention. I would strongly recommend their service

I had MSR Surveying doing a Level 3 Survey for me. The service was spot on from start to finish. The booking system was really good and everything was explained from when I booked for their services, I spoke to the surveyor before he carried out the works and the report was detailed once the survey was carried out. I then had a catch up with the surveyor after receiving the report when all his findings were explained to me. Amazing, thorough, reliable experience. Thank you for your services.

We hired MSR for a Level 2 HomeByers survey. Their service was qreliable, efficient and very understanding to our needs for a swift process. Saqib was very helpful and professional, and provided a thorough report of the flat within te requested timeframe. I would highly recommend MSR if you are buying a property and need a Level 2 survey.

Was extremely happy with the level 3 home survey report. Very detailed report and had a call after with Saqib, the surveyor who took his time to explain everything and offer some sound advice.
