MSC Cruises – Ireland Omdömen 

Rude and threatening staff who offered no solutions to problems created by MSC themselves. Appalling service.

Overall the experience aboard MSC’s Meraviglia was pleasant, the ship and itinerary in the Mediterranean were well organised and curated. Communication for first time cruisers overall could be hugely improved however

Not a bad first cruise but some things felt lacking. The information given when onboarding was very lack luster. Booking flights though MSC was not a good experience as we ended up all sitting in different rows on the plane as a family of 3. The excursions were nice however and the evening dining experience was great. The buffet during the day was hectic and there was a lot of pushing and grabbing from other guests which soured the experience. As such 3 stars seems adequate but a few changes in flights and buffet organising could increase that quite quickly.

Loved the cruise. Ship was fab and great fun. But was a little too hectic for me at the buffet. Would have liked more options than just 1 complimentary restaurant aswell as buffet.

A huge 'Thank You' to everyone on MSC World America for a wonderful Caribbean cruise last week. The Ship itself is absolutely stunning - everything you could possibly wish for. The staff were fantastic throughout & the food in each of the dining areas was simply superb. We will definitely be back but would highly highly recommend MSC & this ship for a holiday of a lifetime.

I actually didn’t book the cruise. Our children did. Flights not great. Would prefer to fly from Belfast. Flight home too late.

We would especially like to thank Tanmoy, Head Waiter, for his exceptional leadership, professionalism, and attention to detail, which helped make every meal a pleasure. A very special recognition goes to Fabio from Masters of the Sea, who was truly incredible throughout our voyage. His friendliness, enthusiasm, and outstanding customer service consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Fabio made every visit memorable and was one of the main reasons our cruise experience was so enjoyable. We would also like to thank Crisianne, Dining Hostess, for her warm welcome, kindness, and excellent organisation, which ensured everything ran smoothly. Finally, thank you to our waiter, Sidik, who provided attentive and reliable service throughout the cruise. The dedication of these team members made our holiday unforgettable, and they are a credit to MSC Cruises.
